Great food, not so great atmosphere

The pizza is completely out of this world. It tastes exactly like the pizza in Sorrento and Naples. The place has a very cool vibe, but seating can be hard to come by on a busy evening and the "room" in the back is pretty lame. I suggest carry out if getting food. They'd get 5 stars if the... read more

I don't know where to start. The food here is absolutely amazing. I had the fried cheese balls, so good! Then finish that off with a fresh mozzarella pie. The best pizza I've ever had. This place is a must for anyone in town! You will not be disappointed!

I love Pupatella's pizza! I have had pizza all over the world and this place stands out as one of the best in the United States. The crust, sauce and toppings work well together, and each pizza is made for one person. There are no frills in the decor or the ordering process. Order and pay for your pizza at... More

Say you had low expectations. Say the restaurant did not write about itself so self-agrandizingly, going on about authenticity and how and when to eat their pizza as to do so properly. Say so many reviewers did not praise it so highly. Then, just maybe then, I would give it 3 dots/average! It is a shame how terrible the pizza... More

Firstly for the people commenting about the lack of parking. Park across the road at Safeway. There's always seems to be plenty of parking there. I really feel like I am bucking the trend or the love... This isn't the best pizza I've had. It's good - I wouldn't go racing back for it personally but that's my opinion. The... More

My husband and I met a friend here for dinner on a Sunday at 6 PM. We ordered at the counter and were able to be seated right away. The place was busy and our pizzas took probably 25-30 minutes to be delivered. BUT completely worth the wait! From the crust to sauce to toppings, it was like having flashbacks... More

First and foremost, parking is nearly non-existent. Takeaway is better. Pizza was ok, the meatballs were fine. Mozzarella balls and salad were good. The arancini was terrible.

Get over the strip shopping center location and the line to order; this is pizza the Neapolitan way and the way it should be. The menu is focused, and execution is spot on. An arancini with sausage appetizer was delicious. The two Margherita pizzas (one add prosciutto, one add salumi picante) were delicious. Gelato afterwards was ok (though not as... More

Most pizza pales in comparison to these pies. Delicious crust with fresh flavorful toppings. I wish they had more locations.

If you've ever traveled in Italy, and recognize truly authentic pizza, then you will love Pupatella. This little hop spot was a tiny restaurant when it opened a few years back. Nowadays, it's a booming business with the same great food as always. If the Burrata Pizza is on the menu when you visit, then that's what you must order.... More
