not the typical hotel restaurant!

I generally avoid hotel restaurants like the plague... but this one...good stuff! Went for lunch and had an AMAZING salad (so much so that I tried to go back the next day to get it again, but my schedule did not allow)....but the service was painfully slow...we had to ask for everything. was sequestered at this hotel for multiple days and since the hotel is rather remote, found the Socci the only available alternative, fortunately, it did to disappoint. excellent salmon, and an excellent very thick pork chop in a cherry glaze w/ grilled figs, excellent!, staff professional and courteous

Good for finger foods. Pizza is a 10" long flatbread pizza, it's ok. We were traveling with a group of friends. Everyone loved the wings.

The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. The restaurant has excellent food and wine selections on the menu. Try the tuscan soup and the calms casino pasta dish. The bar offers local craft beer that is very good. The food was so good that we ate here several nights while staying at the hotel.

Kid's menu items were presented in a healthy manner (i.e. mac & cheese + fruit + veggies) and flatware was of good quality. Certain entrees (i.e. fusilli w/ meatballs was $22) were a bit pricey for the portion size.

Came here to eat dinner while attending a conference. The food is mediocre and overpriced. It also differs from what they offer for room service. They should at minimum, offer sandwiches and lighter fare in the restaurant. My main complaint is the open kitchen concept. If you are going with that theme, it's advisable that you follow appropriate sanitation practices.... More

Hubby and I flew in to DC and had a late lunch here on a Saturday. Knowing we were going to have a huge dinner, we split the meatball sandwich. Yum! The meatballs were great and the service was even better. Very friendly. We also loved the unique, organic shape of this restaurant. We returned the next night after supper... More

I had lunch here with a group of six. Most of us ordered salads, and were surprised at the slow service. The salmon I added to my salad was outstanding, possibly the best I've ever had.

I liked the availability of simple food and drink at the bar but happy hour gets over quick so don't miss out if unless you want to eat in the dinner area.

Excellent ambience, good food...excellent meatballs...but overall a bit pricy for the overall food quality. Top-notch servers.
