I just found this place walking by it one afternoon and stopped in for lunch. They always have a decent amount of Pizza to choose from by the slice and they are always good. They are decently priced and they have a lot of yummy looking desserts too. I like that they have an outdoor eating area too, the dining... More

Location/ Atmosphere/ Service...are all great here, BUT it's the PIZZA that's so delicious. They do not skimp on the sauce or toppings & the crust is thin & crunchy. If this is YOUR kind of Pizza (think Pepe's Pizza in New Haven)- THIS is the place for YOU. Lots of beer/ wine choices, too. We had Margarita Pizza - wonderful.... More

Two companions and I enjoyed wonderful pizzas at great prices on a rainy Monday night in April. This Clarendon restaurant lives up to the standards set in New Haven: innovative pizzas, cooked to perfection in a coal-fired oven, at a great bargain price on Mondays. The restaurant was crowded with families with small children at 6:00pm, but service was efficient... More

This place is the real thing. Pizza like you get in New Haven, around the corner from Worcester Square, without the 2 hour wait. Crispy thin crust pizza with any kind of topping your heart desires. Staff friendly, pizza and drinks moderately priced, kids are welcome. Who could ask for anything more? But wait, there is more: during slow seasons... More

I'm stilling trying to figure out why some of my friends actually like this place. I tried one of their pizzas a month or so ago...needless to say, it was overdone (crust was as crisp as a hard wood floor) and the cheese and toppings were tasteless. I know it's a bit far, but next time, I think I'd rather... More

We go there once a month for the Pizza and environment. Great, hot pizza and the best Cesar Salad on the planet. Moderately priced but worth it. Really nice people. Parking can be kind of a drag, however.... but it is worth it.

Perhaps the sidewalk dining would be nice in the spring but we tried eating in the restaurant on a chilly fall evening and the dining room experience didn't really thrill us. Would work well for a family with small children (tasty food without worrying about causing a ruckus) but we were a couple dining alone, expecting a more intimate atmosphere.... More

Thin crust pizza, served piping hot was quite good. Restaurant is typical pizza style establishment but on a larger scale. Crust was crispy, many varieties and/or toppings. No more expensive than any other non-chain pizza.

We tried Pete's and found the pizza to be very good with fresh, tasty, unusual ingredients. The crust was crispy and the toppings were certainly adequate. We found it to be a bit pricey at $19 for a 14' pie. With pizza prices coming down these days and all sorts of specials to be had from the chains, Pete's seemed... More
