From the moment we walked in the door, on Christmas Eve we were greeted with rude attitude that almost bordered on contempt. If they did not wish to be there, and working, on Christmas Eve, they should have closed. The pizza was moderately priced, until you decided to add $3.00 (each) toppings. We were very hungry so finishing the pizza... More

There are a lot of opinions about pizza. I like Pete's, although it is not my absolute favorite. The pizza has a thin, crisp crust - more well done, than warm and soft. They have a lot of interesting toppings. Our favorite is the Boola Boola - sliced meatballs, onions and peppers. We get slices of cheese for our kids... More

The salads are great and the pizza is good also. I had the egg plant parm and it was over done. Actually burnt on the edges. I would stick with pizza and a salad. Would be best for lunch. Too many great restaurants in the area do dinner here.

This pizza tastes best if you are starving, have a drink in your hand, sitting on the streetside patio, and listening to music night. Pizza is not dripping greasy. Some reviewers say it's too dry. I didn't notice since I was swilling inbetween gobbled bites. I'll come back. Reviewing reviews, apparently there is wide range of opinion and tastes in... More

Have been hearing about this place for years, finally got to try it. Ate here on a Wednesday night with two of my children. First rate. Great crust, with a slight crunch and chewiness, perfect. First rate ingredients and combinations of toppings. We had a large with one half a combination of artichoke hearts, anchovies, feta, and other veggies, the... More

I just found this place walking by it one afternoon and stopped in for lunch. They always have a decent amount of Pizza to choose from by the slice and they are always good. They are decently priced and they have a lot of yummy looking desserts too. I like that they have an outdoor eating area too, the dining... More

Location/ Atmosphere/ Service...are all great here, BUT it's the PIZZA that's so delicious. They do not skimp on the sauce or toppings & the crust is thin & crunchy. If this is YOUR kind of Pizza (think Pepe's Pizza in New Haven)- THIS is the place for YOU. Lots of beer/ wine choices, too. We had Margarita Pizza - wonderful.... More

Two companions and I enjoyed wonderful pizzas at great prices on a rainy Monday night in April. This Clarendon restaurant lives up to the standards set in New Haven: innovative pizzas, cooked to perfection in a coal-fired oven, at a great bargain price on Mondays. The restaurant was crowded with families with small children at 6:00pm, but service was efficient... More

This place is the real thing. Pizza like you get in New Haven, around the corner from Worcester Square, without the 2 hour wait. Crispy thin crust pizza with any kind of topping your heart desires. Staff friendly, pizza and drinks moderately priced, kids are welcome. Who could ask for anything more? But wait, there is more: during slow seasons... More

I'm stilling trying to figure out why some of my friends actually like this place. I tried one of their pizzas a month or so ago...needless to say, it was overdone (crust was as crisp as a hard wood floor) and the cheese and toppings were tasteless. I know it's a bit far, but next time, I think I'd rather... More
