Best burgers ever. You don't need fries. Service was a little slow but it was worth it. Will certainly be back when we are in the area.

Decided to go to Rays to the Third to try out the burgers since we were happy with the steaks at Ray's the Steak. Burgers were juicy with a variety of toppings. I had the Fat Joe which was delicious .The Milkshakes were thick you almost needed a spoon to enjoy it. The sirloin steak was just ok. my kids... More

My family was on a road trip visiting Washington, D.C. and were staying a few blocks away. Our hotel recommended Ray's and we were not disappointed! The burgers are HUGE and the sides are plentiful. The only issue with Ray's is that the service is very slow. What should be a 1 hour dinner ended up being 2 hours.

I've had many a burger in my life and this place takes the prize as the best. The New Jack Zing (blackened burger, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, charred jalapeños and roasted garlic) is SENSATIONAL (and that's just ONE example)!!!! Well worth the wait and I challenge you to find better.

Me and my fiancée wanted to visit rays after hearing about Obama taking the former Russian president here for a meal and we were definitely not disappointed. We both ordered burgers and savored every bite. For dessert we decided we had to get a Banana Fosters milkshake even though we were too full. It too was absolutely amazing! Rays to... More

We ended our Washington DC vacation here at Ray's To The Third on our way to the airport. I punched in "nearby restaurants" on the GPS and Ray's popped up. But it appears their website is still under construction, so no menu viewing was possible. I would like to preface the following with this: The Food Was Great So, first... More

Ray- if you are listening...you need some help at Ray's to the Third. We walked in to no hostess. At least three employees looked directly at us waiting at the host stand to be seated. We waited nearly 5 minutes to even been acknowledged. In fact, one employee came to the host stand TWICE to get items out of the... More

Custom burgers, with lots of menu options for add-ons. Try the blackened, Cajun-style burger if you into spicy food.

A friend recommended Ray's x3 to us while we were on vacation & very glad he did. Had the 2/3 Steak & Cheese sandwich. Best one I've had. It was so big I was only able to eat 1/2 of it. The other half tasted just as delicious the next day. Had the "Shake & Bake" milkshake & boy was... More

Like Ruth Christ only cheaper. Good steak, comes with garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, great bread. Wine pour is short for the price, so you should skip it. Ordered a Martini which came weak and in a regular drink glass, not a Martini glass. Worst drink I have had in 50 years. The meals are great and drinks stink.
