HUGE!

Ray calls it the Mack Burger...$8...its Ginormous!! I got extra mushrooms too. They let you add a whole bunch of extras for free. Its a pretty good old American cheeseburger, but didn't seem anything unique or special. A solid pick if you're in the area. I'm a foodie tourist, so I wanted to... read more

I read in the news that this restaurant ranked #21 in the country for their burgers. Since it is in reasonable driving distance I had to find out for myself. I also read several TripAdvisor reviews just to get an idea of what to expect. We were greeted by a host and taken to a table where we were given... More

There is no better burger than what can be found at Ray's To the Third. The options available are second to none and the service is impeccable. I would highly recommend their signature burger at the top of the menu. You can then add as many favorites as your pallet desires. Once you dig in, the only thing that you... More

Walking by you would never stop in , but the burgers are terrific , the milkshakes are huge , the food overall is very good ......... Just don't look to closely at your surroundings and , for sure , don't visit the kitchen ........ Some of the best food around is found in relatively seedy looking joints , make a... More

If looking for a elegant burger joint, then Ray's is not for you. The place is very plain, just a plain room with tables and chairs, salt/pepper on the tables and that is it. Just plain beige walls with no decor, no tvs. Oh, forgot the bowl of popcorn our waitress brought us. The burgers have to admit were very... More

A great burger is something to remember and you will remember the burger here and return. There are the many good and very good burgers served by many fine eateries in our area. But at Ray's the burger is better than that and it is worth a trip to Arlington to enjoy. Great ground beef, lightly hand formed, slightly seasoned... More

The restaurant can't make up its mind about being a full-service restaurant or just a walk-in, but format is irrelevant as long as gourmet burgers continue to be the pay-off. I always get a burger au poivre with spicy pepper jack, plus fries. Ketchup available, but using it never entered my mind. Burger and fries too delicious on their own!... More

Just wanted a small snack. Blackened 6 oz burger with pepper jack and some tater tots. Grill Cheese with basil tomato soup was good as well. A little difficult to find main entrance. Decor needs a lift but don't let that fool you on the quality of food. Well worth it!

I have been about ten times since this Ray's opened a few years ago and have never had a bad experience. For us, the food is always delicious and plentiful. However, the menu and format keeps changing. Some menu items I loved in the past are no longer offered. Right now they have both sit down service and counter service.... More
