Really Good Burgers - Unique Toppings

10oz option is huge! The 6oz Hellburger was plenty for me. The burger meat is delicious and very good quality. I agree with another reviewer, order up for "doneness" - i.e. order Medium Well if you like yours Medium. Unique toppings include foi gras, bone marrow, Brie cheese. I had The Mack with... read more

My son suggested Ray's to the Third when I requested a super casual restaurant for a recent family dinner for a party of nine. I did request casual but I didn't realize it was so casual you order at a counter. But the food was very good and they offered a wide variety of burgers and toppings, including beef, bison... More

From our experience, the food was very overpriced and not worth it. The menu, the service, the atmosphere were all below expectations. Don't waste time here, go elsewhere.

We visit every year and the food has always been good. However, they have changed their service. There is no one greeting you at the door ---you can sit at a table for half an hour and no one approaches you. Finally we realized that there is no waiter taking your order any more--- instead, you place the order at... More

We decided to try this restaurant because it was close to Arlington Cemetery. When we walked up to it we thought that it was closed because there was no one in there. Once we realized it was open, we went in and ordered our food at the counter. The menu is posted on the wall and we were unsure of... More

Rays Hell Burger used to be my favorite burger place in DC, but sadly they lost their way since becoming Rays to the Third. I don't know if it's because they were trying to compete with other burger places in the area, but their once simple and amazing menu has now become more expansive and the cost of its quality.... At 10 ounces for the regular, there is no bigger burger that is better and no better burger tht is bigger.

We stopped by here after a day at Arlington. The burgers were thick, juicy and tasty. My husband had the Big Punisher (which is VERY spicy) and I had The New jack Zing. Both were delicious, as well as, the sides. For dessert I had to try the Bourbon, Bacon, Caramel MilkShake. What could be better than Bourbon, Bacon and... More

Love a good burger, these were ok and pricey for burger. Should have tried a shake, they look good. Fries mediocre. Overrated

I had the big poppa. Should have had just a regular cheese burger to really enjoy the burger itself. Someone had told us the mac and cheese was awesome but I thought it was okay. The fries were better.
