I went after their "Grand Reopening" The place is terrible now. the entire indoor dining room is smoky and the kitchen exhaust seems to go straight into the north end of the room. This is a great little restaurant in Del Ray. The food is WAY overpriced, especially the dinner entrees. They have a happy hour from 3-6:30pm with great specials on wine and appetizers. Their bread is delicious and their potato salad is to-die-for. I don't think we'll go back, unless its for happy hour. more

I have been to Fireflies in Alexandria on more than several occasions and have had a great time. The food is always so fresh and seasonal.
