Not sure why they are changing the name, but everything still said Seagars on it. The menu was very limited and our waiter really didm;t know it. Asked for a side of fries and got a dinner play full of over salted fries. I ordered the ribeye without the mushroom sauce, it came covered in a thick mushroom sauce and... More

The food was of good flavor, cooked appropriately, presented nicely by prompt and courteous waitstaff. I'm just not used to paying those prices. Felt a little like a captive audience member. We're in unfamiliar territory & there were no other restaurants in sight (our first night there).

We had breakfast at Seagars several days during our stay at the attached Hilton. The morning host or manager had absolutely no idea what was going on in the restaurant. There were never tables ready despite being empty. Each time we had to wait while they reset the table. On one morning water was coming from the ceiling and twice... More

Was here for 5 days. Buffet was hit or miss. Most days while I was there, the food was warm (not hot, not cold). Made to order omelets were as requested. But again, not served hot. Choices include eggs, bacon, sausage links, oatmeal, fried potatoes quartered, and other staples. Maybe a service issue while I was there. Staff was always... More

Seagar's was extremely accommodating. 12 adults and 5 kids. The service was great, buffet was wonderful with the option to order omelets, eggs cooked to order, waffles, pancakes, etc.

Quite and active bar scene, even at 6:45 p.m.. Reservations were honored, and a table was waiting for us right on time! Drinks were still at half price when we arrived, and our server was quick to let us know! Dinner was excellent! Everyone at our table (4) was very pleased with the appetizers and the entrees. Desserts were excellent... More

There is nothing special about Seagar's, located in the Old Town Hilton. What our group of four had hoped for was a good and quick lunch in a busy schedule. We found an ordinary and uninspired menu (burgers and the usual suspects), and very slow service. There was nothing special about anything we ordered or the preparation. The restaurant at... More

The buffet breakfast here is decent. Its warm, lots of variety, and the service is good. Its nothing spectacular, but its better than a cold continental breakfast. The dinner I had here, however, left a lot to be desired. I ordered a seafood dish that had so much pepper in it that it completely obliterated the taste of the fish... More
