This is a small, 3-Story tavern that is fun. The food's not so hot unless you like a lot of deep-fried items. The staff and management are great people and we had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends.

Server was unqualified. Could not answer questions about the menu, and "forgot" to put in one of our orders, so 4 out 5 ate while one waited, and waited. Food was overdone as in dead and dried out. You needed BBQ to choke it down. You can certainly do better in Old Town.

Discovered this little restaurnt and bar while walking around and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The bar and restaurant was full of regulars so they must doing something good. The food we ordered was excellent and just the thing we were looking for. Well worth a visit when in Alexandria.

As you can tell by the title - very good ribs. Great portions and great service. Kind of surprised this place exists here but it is worth the time to stop for lunch or dinner. Reasonably priced. I had fall off the bones rib done right almost over cooked but they were well seasoned and good tasting without being dried... More

I have eaten here several times in the past, so I seriously recommended it to Matt. Our server, who was also the bartender was friendly and fast. Our drinks were great. Matt's jambalaya pasta was fine, but nothing special. My BBQ "Mambo Combo" had dry chicken, tough brisket, and boring ribs. The cole slaw was inedible. We will not be... More

This location right off King Street is as terrific as our experience in Crystal City. The service was friendly and wonderful and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is fun and casual. If you love ribs and are in the area it is very worth a visit.

We were wandering around in the underground Crystal City mall, looking for somewhere to eat dinner, and this restaurant looked interesting. I had the gumbo, which was delicious, but I couldn't eat it all! They have several paper mache musicians scattered around, which we enjoyed as we ate. Service was good.

While on a business trip, I was looking an out-of-way, local place to just relax and have a drink. Found it here. Small, quaint, friendly, local. Very reasonable pricing on food & drink, especially when compared to all the other restaurants on King St. Good food & cold beer.

we liked the service and the menu. food was reasonably priced, ample quantity, good tasting. I had ribs and pulled pork combo - was fine, not great. Wife had salad with chicken 'cue - was OK. IPA on tap was very good.
