Breakfast and lunch were great! The tuna salad was fresh. The coffee was served in a press and was delicious.

This Restaurant was a good choice later in the evenoing for a few of our party. Not reaslly for kids, the Tasting Room offers craft beers, wines, and several delicious small plates. Take your money.

I enjoyed a squash blossom tart which was the special of the evening. It was really good. Both of us really liked the tomato sauce on the tart. At $16 each I think it was kind of high but good.

Food and service was excellent but pricey. Glass of wine was 14 dollars. Definitely try the mussels.

The food was so good, we ate here twice while vacationing in Alexandria. We stayed at the Lorien and this wonderful restaurant was on the property and is much more casual than the original Brabo for a bite and a beer after a long day of sight seeing. The Margherita wood fire tart and chilled cucumber soup were divine. The... More

Stopped by with a group of 5 for a Saturday lunch. What a great find! The food and service was simple great. The menus was creative with lots of choices - many you don't see too often. We started with a pizza as a starter and had mussels served in a frying pan at the table. The broth was to... More

Great place for lunch..Great sandwiches and beers to enjoy either on the go or at the hotel. We ate there for lunch twice and both times enjoyed the food. Atmosphere was pretty neat as well.

My husband and I can say with all honesty the lunch we had here was more than below par, it was absolutely terrible, disappointing after all the hype. My husband has a severe gluten allergy. The staff seemed to not be knowledgeable, offered few if any options and certainly made no effort to offer alternatives as other restaurants did throughout... More

Usually when travelling, you find a comfort zone in terms of restaurant and this is it for me. Though small, with a limited menu, the food was great and the wine selection was great...not overly expansive but some good moderately priced bottles that were highly enjoyable. It is minimalist in design (just like me), but a very comfortable air emanates... More

We ate here while staying at the Lorrien. The food was wonderful! Everything was seasonal....morels, asparagus, local fish and meats. Dishes were very skillfully prepared and presented. Our waitress was accommodating and friendly. The fresh pasta couldn't have been better and house made ricotta was exquisite. Everything was perfect!
