Had lunch here and only one of the dish (pad thai) turned out on the good side. The chicken curry lemongrass was not tasty, although it had a lot of curry sauce I believe. The calamari was so greasy I had to return it, but they were nice to substitute...but the green papaya salad I got instead was ordinary as... More

Shrimp on Pad Thai dish did not taste fresh, but old and rubbery. Noodles were soggy and sauce was watery. I was unable to eat it. Our server saw that I was not eating my food and stood nearby but did not return to the table until we were ready to leave. When I said the shrimp did not taste... More

If you love Tom Kai Gai soup, you need to stop here. OFF THE SCALE SERVICE! The food is very authentic and tasty! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the whole journey. The drunken noodles and pineapple rice is to die for. Wonderful bar selection and location is close to all the amenities of Alexandria. Don't miss this one... More

We stopped just for drinks and can't quite remeber what we had, but it came with a chili pepper in it and it didn't do much for the flavor but looked nice in the drink.

Thai food is one of my absolute favorites, and this place is one of the reasons! Their pad see ew is the best in town, and they have friendly, accommodating servers. Highly recommended!

Stopped here for lunch one Friday afternoon. Our food was very good and the service was excellent. I got a spicy chicken fried rice dish that was SPICY. I like it that way, but be prepared. Everyone's food was very good and we had no objections with the preparation. The service was very attentive, but not overbearing. I think if... More

Sangjun offers a really pleasant dining experience in the heart of Olde Towne. My first taste was for lunch ,which filled up quickly. The dining area is cozy warm with a modest size bar. The Tom Yum with shrimp is my new favorite version of all the Thai restaurants I've tried in the area. Steamed dumpling with the peanut sauce... More

We had no problem getting a Friday night reservation at the last minute and we had a large group. It is evident why since the food was awful. The chicken rama had reheated frozen veggies and chicken strips that tasted like the kind you buy precooked in the salad section of the grocery. Service was ok. Overpriced wine.

We ate here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I had appetizers (Larb Gai and Healthy Rolls) as an entree. The dipping sauces were good, though the Larb had a touch too much garlic for my liking. My companion had the Pad Thai which was fine... lots of crushed peanuts which I like. The service was excellent and the food... More

We had Thai twice whilst in ALexandria and this was the best of them for me (although my wife prefered the one on the waterfront). good tasty food and lovely service.
