We've enjoyed Galae Thai now twice for dinner and have been very happy with our food choices. The Drunken Noodles were ample and flavorful, although more spicy than I am accustomed to, and the Panang curry was delicious. The stand out was the summer rolls- think they called them Garden rolls- filled with fresh, crunchy, veggie goodness. Our second meal... More

My husband and I both got pad Thai take out here. The service was very friendly. The food good although the pad Thai could have had more sauce on it.

During our stay nearby, Galae Thai was by far the best restaurant of the several (and we ate at most of them) in the complex and across the street. Good, healthy flavorful Thai choices, good service in a very pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were well presented in reasonable portions, vegetables not overcooked, bright and crisp. Sauces accentuated the dishes vests... More

I've eaten here at least 10 times. It's by far the best place I've been in the Alexandria/Arlington area. High quality, healthy (most things on the menue) and reasonable pricing.

The atmosphere of the place is pretty cool lots of wooden carvings but you don't go to a restaurant to look at wood. We were seated right away and there were seven of us. The waiter was attentive and their staff was pleasant. The menu had a lot of items that looked delicious and we opted for a few tapas,... More

This restaurant was a surprise. It's in a small mall next to a large AMC theater, surrounded by American restaurants like Ruby Tuesday. It's location offers something more interesting to eat then ribs and salad bars. There is a wonderful combination of soups with fish dishes, great noodle and rice dishes. Try the duck with spicy chili. Or the squid... More

My husband and I went here because I was craving a good Phat Thai Chicken dish.... This was ok but really nothing special. I've gotten better, cheaper, elsewhere. I did enjoy the sauce that came with the spring rolls, but on our next trip to the area, we will pass.

Located In the Eisenhower Ave. office complex this property screams for a visit. One enters into a serene ambience to choose a table or a place at the Sushi or drink bar.I am regular patron as whenever I need a "sushi" fix , this is my spot. But , to start with the Tom Yum is a must. It is... More

The decor and service are pretty decent here, but that's where it stops. My husband and I ordered the spring rolls and some type of fried shrimp appetizers which were good, but not anything spectacular. Our entrees were Cashew Shrimp (me) and Chicken Pad Thai (him). My husband enjoyed his meal, but I hated mine. I've never known Cashew anything... More
