Nice Place to watch the craziness on Congress!

This is a cool place to hang out and watch the tourists and hipsters on SoCo. the Burgers can be really good, or not so good, but you can never go wrong with the Onion Rings. Great options for draft and bottled bear and full bar. It's a people watching place with a good atmosphere and also a sports... read more

I so wanted to love this place. The beer selection is top notch, the atmosphere is great the service is very good but the food is really, really average. My wings had acceptable flavor with really poor quality chicken that had very little meat and tough because of it. The burger was ok but lacked flavor and I had the... More

Indoor with the garage doors open or outdoor patio dining options are available in a sports on TV oriented setting. Shuffleboard is a great diversion when hanging out. Servers are attentive servers however a lag in drink arrival times has been consistently noted. Servers dress a bit over-provocatively but are very friendly. Fried appetizer selection endeavors to be different. Taco... More

Great location on SoCo, amazing view of the Capitol at night. It is kind of quick bar food, but the environment is awesome. Outdoor seating with the garage style roll-up doors. Really great place to go with friends after a kickball game, or to hang out and enjoy the weather.

My husband and I visited Doc's Motorworks for a cocktail and Leslie was our most excellent server. She was quick on her feet and quick to smile. We enjoyed a couple of margaritas. They were so yummy we couldn't have only one! We'll definitely come back when in Austin.

We stopped and had a drink on our way downtown. The place was quiet it was also 3 pm on a Thursday. We didn't eat but the food looked great. The guys next to us had onion rings that were to die for. They have a great beer selection a lot of local but a lot of old favorites. My... More

We were there on a Friday night, Memorial Day weekend. We got there late, around 11:30, and discovered last call was at 11:45PM! The kitchen was also closed. Our waitress was friendly, but overworked; the result was slow and pretty spotty service. They kicked everyone out, quite aggressively, by 12:30. Most bars in Austin are open until 2AM; I have... This place will do for a decent spot to grab a drink and some food if you are down in the SoCo area. While they do get crowded they seem to get crowded after several other places on Congress in the area do, maybe because they are further down the street or maybe because the food, while overall ok, is... Loved this place on South Congress. We were driving by a thought it looked fun. We were right. Great location and patio. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We sat on the patio and had a few local brews. It was fun watching the people go by. This is a place the locals go. Menu was very good. Will... More

Stopped in after a concert and loved this place. Our server was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of cold beer and a nice menu. Outdoor seating was perfect on this beautiful night to sit and enjoy. Not a tourist place, true Austin.
