Nice location with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and fast. My wife had an ice decaf mocha which was tasty. But I had the single origin brew, Ethiopian, and it was pleasantly different. I highly recommend it.

Its a nice layout, plenty of tables, indoor and outside seating and a large upstairs with exposed brick and books to look at, but my Earl Grey tea, properly steeped for 3 minutes was just not very strong at all honestly, putting the bag back in for a couple more minutes didn't help. My daughter had their Chai and she... More

(this is a review for the congress ave location) My husband and I just happened to find this cafe by walking around downtown. We were about to go for a five mile loop around Town Lake, but needed some sustenance beforehand. We both ordered cappuccinos, his a double shot and mine a decaf. OMG, they were so good, with really... More

Do yourself a favour when you go into this cafe - talk to the staff. They're bright and provide really good service, and it'll make your day and theirs a little brighter. That aside, good coffee (and coming from Wellington New Zealand that's saying something - I live on 3-4 great lattes a day) and great free wifi. Recommended (by... More

Of the two things we tried here, both were perfect. I had the espresso twice and it was perfect. Good crema the whole way through and the taste was nice. Also had the cold coffee. This wasn't some machine made cold coffee. It was old school. Just espresso and ice, the way they do it in Italy. I liked it... More

The decor was nice; modern, spacious, lots of seating, and clean. I ordered a chai latte since I was still dreaming about the one I had the day before at Olmos Perk, but Caffe Medici’s version just wasn’t as good. They use a powder but it was pretty weak in chai flavor. My boyfriend got a mocha and it was... More

When I ordered double espresso to go I was told in a someone friendly and yet condescending manner they would accommodate but typically anyone else i.e. other staff would refuse to do so in the future. I was flabbergasted especially after coming from a disappointing and mediocre meal at Manuel's. Will not make a return or recommendation.

Really great coffee, lots of seating. Open air, so it's great when it's nice outside. It's good for meetings, studying or working. They have a number of different pastries, wraps, and breakfast tacos that are all delicious and well priced.

Stopped by on our walk to Lady Bird Lake on a chilly day. The hot chocolate really hit the spot. If the rest of their drinks are as good, you'll have to give them a try!

At Medici, they make a great cappuccino, but I also love the Austin-y vibe to the place. There are all types of people that hang out here: moms with kids, execs working on their laptops, friends chatting away, and students reading their books. Love it!
