There is a good ambiance, the place is kid-friendly and has a good gourmet selection. The gelato is yummy. The pizza and the salads are very good and authentic.
Casual place with nice atmosphere. Aside from the restaurant they also have a store with Italian goods, an anti-pasti counter, and a dessert area with baked goods and Ice cream. When I lived in Austin I would occasionally pick up a pizza and salad here after work. Both were consistently good. They offer gourmet toppings for their pizza which is... More
This is a great Italian food stop. Our order or a few pizzas and salad was great. A family friendly place that had a real baby changing table and complementary diapers in the bathroom. Ha! Awesome!
Mandola's is enjoyable every time I go there. We have been enjoying meals there since the day it opened over ten years ago and have never been disappointed. We recently had lunch there. I had the baked ziti with a small salad. Very enjoyable. The service is excellent. I highly recommend Mandola's

Every time I go to Austin, I try to eat at Mandola's. restaurant and market, you can buy breads, meats, cheeses to take home or eat your favorite pizza hand made fresh to perfection! Beautiful salads and pastas, and a lovely choice of Italian cookies, cakes, and gelato. The focaccia bread is amazing!

I tried Mandola's on a whim strictly for proximity and because my kids eat Italian well. What an absolute delight! The atmosphere is relaxed. Lots of outdoor seating. We got in... More
Wait in line to walk up to one of two ordering stations. Place order, pay for order, get drinks, get number, and find table. It was fairly crowded on a Thursday, but tables were turning over quickly. Service was amazingly quick, with bread/oil brought almost instantly, followed by salad and entrée. Decent selection of traditional Italian food. I thought that... More
