Good steak

This was right down the street from Kimber Modern. Great food - great atmosphere! I ordered the steak with brussels sprouts - probably some of the best sprouts I've had in a long time! The service was great - sat outside and the bartender served us. She was quick even though she had a ton of... read more

The food was good, overall. My Caesar's Salad was a bit disappointing. I would definitely go back....I just would skip the Caesar's salad.

Sadly, it was lacking. The bread was so-so and the food too greasy. It felt like a step above Olive Garden and that's not a compliment. The recommended wine was average and the waitress while professional lacked warmth (Italian meals are a whole experience, not only food). Ambiance felt overall more like a bar with food than a trattoria. Maybe... More

Its one of our all-time favorite Austin restaurants: delicious and romantic. The homemade squash ravioli (Ravioli di Zucca Gialla) is unbelievable. Since moving to Dallas I've searched all over for something similar and its just not to be found. The ravioli is melt in your mouth wonderfulness as is everything on the menu. Fantastic wine selection as well. Perfect date... More

Although service was very good and very accommodating, this restaurant is dark and old on the inside. They have a patio, but even the patio doesn't stand out. The food is nothing to remember, it is just average italian. I will not be back...

Visiting Austin for the first time, there are so many intriguing options that it is hard to make a decision. This is a reservation that I am glad that I kept! The lighting is great, the room is intimate and the food is wonderful. It appeared that many regulars shared their main dishes as the kitchen will split the mains... More

While shopping in the SoCo area, one of the store clerks recommended we eat dinner at Botticelli's and it was a great suggestion! You do need a reservation. We lucked out because we were there on a chilly, rainy Thursday evening so the crowd was down. I enjoyed the Butternut Squash Ravioli and my husband had the lasagna. Bread was... More

I went here with 2 girlfriends, as a last minute decision as to where to have dinner while we were on a short/long weekend in Austin. Boy were we glad we happened upon it, just a brief walk from the Austin Motel, where we stayed. The bartender was really great, and a charming guy, he offered my friends samples of... More

I usually go here with friends during the SXSW fun on SoCo and enjoy the food and the music in the back patio!! When available we grab the table out front and watch the whole SXSW scene as it walks by and listen to the music drifting up the street from the many venues!!
