Wonderful coffee, by the lake. Christmas lights to music every hour. Parking can be difficult but worth the trouble.

My girlfriend told me the views on the lake and light show were fantastic. She was right! Top of the hour for 15 minutes is a great Christmas lightshow. We loved it, the lake and lattes.

I happened to catch on a blog that this coffee shop does a little 15 min Christmas light show right on their deck patio above the lake. We caught the first showing and watched as they did 5 -6 songs with a pretty awesome display of lights. I ordered peppermint hot cocoa with marshmallows for my kids and it was... More

The view is good and the coffee is better than average. Also good desserts and snacks. Outside seating on a nice day is very pleasant. Good place to meet friends and visit.

Stopped here after our dinner at Hula Hut for some coffee and desserts. Great environment, both inside and out - we sat on the outside balcony and really enjoyed all the desserts we had ordered ... especially the massive brownie and the super tart lemon tart.

This will best be communicated as a list: Positives: Setting, for sure. They have a great spot on the water, plenty of seating to be able to spread out, hang out with friends, or study Variety. They have several pastries, so many types of coffee, lots of seasonal drinks...it's an exciting place to step into Not so positives: -Maybe we've... More

This place is a must see in Austin. The coffee itself is pretty good. There is definitely better, but it's surely above average. They are pretty good with food allergies too, and have an impressive selection of snacks and treats. The feature is that it's situated right on the lake. The deck is impressive, offering a beautiful view. There is... More

Macaroon was excellent, and staff nice. Outside seating on deck over looking Lake Austin makes for a lovely time with friends. Rain or shine a comfy place to hang out. Lots of folks on their computers.

Really was expecting perfection. Have traveled and visited many coffee shops, restaurants, this place had coffee worse than an IHOP, the cup was clean! The Key lime pie tasted like a Jello mix, tasteless, the other desserts looked old, and mail ordered. The staff was friendly, the place filled was with college students with textbooks, laptops, all seemed happy. The... More
