Gelato snob approves. Authentic Italian fresh gelato with creative flavors. Tested chocolate which was creamy and pudding like. Great. Coconut was less flavorful.

Gelato is outstanding and there is usually a wide range of choices. Prices have held steady but the cups have gotten smaller. Still very tasty.

The gelato was the best I have had. Teo has racked up a bunch of awards for a reason. And the coffee was very good, too!

My family loves Teo, we often make this our special dessert stop on our way home from downtown Austin. I'm not a coffee drinker, but many of my friends rave about the cappuccino. But when my family goes there, we're all about the gelato. I love all their nut flavors, especially the hazelnut. I'm also a big fan of everything... More

Great selection of flavors, relaxing place to escape the heat in the summer time. Good coffee drinks and really nice staff.

I've been stopping by Teo for a latte since they opened. It's not on my beaten path, so I'm usually going out of my way to stop there. Hands down, the best latte in town. I'm old-school, so the thought of paying more than 50 cents for a cup of coffee makes me flinch. I cheerfully pay the price here,... More

This place has a great vibe. I'm sitting out on their huge patio watching a fire blaze in their outdoor fireplace. No, it's not an invitation for vagabonds to roast marshmallows - It's a delightfully cozy cafe. Great italian gelato - tasty coffee, friendly staff, good music - and free easy to access internet. I can't imagine what more a... More

If you want a real, original cappuccino Italiano in Texas, go to Teo's coffee! I'm an exchange student from Italy and I'm spending a year in Austin. I love cappuccino, it's something that makes my day better since the morning. Teo is the only place in Austin where I found a cappuccino that reminds me of home, and tastes exactly... More

Teo's coffee is served with the artful touch of Alberto who is originally from Florence. His symetrical hearts on the top of traditional Italian coffees are an authentic touch to exquisite expressos and coffees. Customers delight in practicing their Italian and reminising about their trips to Italy with barista Alberto. I recommend the cafe mocha and almond pastry. Their turkey... More

Cappuccino is an ITALIAN drink... the name comes from the Capuchin Friars, an order of Franciscan monks whose habits were tan, like the crema on a properly made cup of cappuccino. What passes as cappuccino at chains like Starbucks and Coffee Bean and Tea is a joke and could not be farther from the authentic Italian drink. If you want... More
