everyone I spoke to said that this place wasn't worth the money you'd spend. I beg to differ!! I loved the salad bar with fresh salmon, kale, and spinach. Also the servers kept the food coming so you never had to wait for food to find your plate. The caramelized bananas were to die for!! and I ate about 9... More

We went to Fogo De Chao in Austin for a business dinner. The meats were cooked to perfection no matter what degree you wanted

We reserved a private room for a birthday party with 21 people ranging in age from 14 to 84. Everyone had different preferences including one vegetarian. We started with drinks many of us ordering the house speciality Caipirinha which was very refreshing. Then the meat fest began. The pork tenderloin was so tender you could almost stop there, but no.... More

I could have also added "Cultural" to the title of this review, but that seemed a bit much. It is true though. Fogo De Chao is Brazilian steakhouse at its finest. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is attentive and professional, and the food is fresh and very high quality. Its all about meat though, so if you don't love... More

It was the first visit to the brazilian barbecue restaurant. I can't eat meat, so I ate only salad buffet. There were so many choices, not only vegetables but also salmon, cheese, hot dishes and so on. They were so delicious. I drunk some cocktails and brazilian sling was the most delicious. Staffs were very friendly, and one of them... More

We had no idea what to expect when we first went to Fogo-Austin. I had eaten in The Brazilian Cowboy in Plano once before but this had it beat, hands down. We got there about a half hour before they opened for dinner and were sitting on the wall outside waiting for the doors to open when one of the... More

We had a party of five and did not have a reservation on 8 June around 6pm. The restaurant wasn't that busy and we were seated right away. Only one person in our party had been to a Fogo de Chao; the rest of us were newbies. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. We all grazed on the salad... More

I have been to quite a few restaurants of the chain in the US. This is probably the best in the chain.

Took my parents here to celebrate their birthdays, and take advantage of Austin Restaurant Week special. The service is outstanding, people coming at you from all sides, either bringing food, clearing plates, refilling water, you name it. Top notch. The salad bar is beautiful, the only sad part is that you're here for the meat, and pretty much need to... More
