I will keep this review short as the other reviews say it all. A wonderful, fresh salad bar. An excellent wine selection...we chose a refined, rich Catena Malbec. Various meats cooked to perfection. Our favorites were the filet mignon and picanha. The service was very friendly, knowledgeable and highly efficient. This restaurant is truly excellent in every respect.

When I walked in I told my waiter that I was a celiac. He got a manager who walked me around the salad/meat bar and told me what I could have and what I couldn't. Only three things on it I couldn't eat and only one meat. The chicken is prepared on a beer sauce so it's not celiac approved.... More

This place was just amazing! A churrascaria experience is really mostly about the quality of the meat & the grilling, and everything here came off the skewers tender, juicy, and flavorful. I've been to about four different churrascarias around the country and this spot is easily the best. Another thing that distinguishes good churrascarias is a good salad bar. This... More

High quality food. Excellent service. You have to like your meat but if you do the choice and quality is outstanding. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, food, drinks, and experience. My husband and I are in love with all Fogo de Chaos, although Austin was the first that we visited. It set the standards VERY high, and really all of them have followed suit. I have NEVER been disappointed here. They always appreciate your special moments, and even gave my friend and I a... More

You really need to go very hungry with lots of space in your stomach, otherwise its not worthed the price. The service was good, i wish they had a few more options in the salad bar. They served us a lot of different types of meat; the filet mignon , rib eye , lamb chops were very tasty.

We have been to a few different Brazilian Steakhouses, but this one was really good! The different kind of meats on the skewers and the choice of how cooked you wanted the meat, was just amazing! Highly recommended!
