Fogo de Chao has became famous due to the genuine Brazilian cuisine in the USA. However, after having been acquired by an American group, some characteristics have been changed. The food remains just ok but far away to be what it was in the past!!!

HIGH CLASS... this is the way to run a restaurant...So many delectable meats slow roasted Brazilian style. There is a beautiful market bar with salad, cold meats, fruit, as well as black beans, rice, scalloped potatoes, and more...the Pao de Queijo is heaven melting in your mouth. Delicious meats come around as often as you can handle it...if you need... More

My husband and I went during lunch since its 1/2 the price of dinner. There's just too many meat options to choose from to feel like I get my $'s worth plus I watch what I eat daily ;). It's still great to be able to choose different options of meat at 1 sitting then have only 1 or 2... More

I stopped in for lunch while in Austin for a business trip. I had never visited a Fogo de Chao before but head of the concept from some of my Brazilian friends. I have to say it was delicious and next time I am in a city that has one I certainly will be visiting again, this time for dinner!

Having visited a similar restaurant a while ago I knew what to expect. A fabulous array of salad combined with so many cuts of meat delivered by the 'Gauchos'. The favourite was the fillet mignonette followed by the lamb but you will experience a wonderful evening of food. This particular establishment was very welcoming and friendly and our meal was... Went here as a Graduation dinner for the grandson. We had fallen in Love with "Brazilian" restaurants since going to some in Mexico. We were very pleased with everything. The service, the food, and atmosphere all top shelf! The salad bar was very fresh and tasty. Not one single type of meat was improperly prepared. All was superb! The staff... More
