Great Food!

The tacos we had were great. We had shrimp, avocado, and brisket. All came with good sauces served on the side. We did wait 40 minutes to order but that seems the thing people in Austin do at the popular trucks so you just have to roll with it. Food comes out fast after you order though.

I love tacos! But these tacos are just fantastic! One thing I always appreciate about any restaurant is a level of creativity in their food and a spirit about their atmosphere. The breakfast tacos (especially the Migas and the Ranch Hand) are delicious, and you can go on your own journey with building a taco to your specifications. As far... More

Ok. I went to Torchy's due to its popularity in the city and I can say for sure, I won't go back. I heard it had amazing tacos and when I arrived I was indeed surprised they had two types of tortillas, corn and flour. I liked that. After a while on line I ordered the democrat and the chile... I'm a registered Republican but at Torchy's I cross the aisle for the Democrat. Always great and a regular stop when in Austin.

The line was a little long when we got there but that gave us plenty of time to decide on our order as Tochy's noobs. I got way too many tacos because I wanted to try so many things. I think I got three breakfast tacos but two would have been enough, and lots of salsas. There is not enough... More

Torchy's was our first stop as soon as we got to Austin. We got there on a Friday at 2 pm and the lines were short. Best tacos ever! There were five of us and we shared our tacos to get a taste of everything. I personally liked the Democrat and Crossroads best. Brisket and short ribs in my tacos... More

You need to make your way to Torchy's Tacos. To start with, the food is "Shut the FRONT DOOR!" good. The Guac. brought me to a spiritual place (Evolution can't explain the emotions I got from eating it!). I got two tacos that I fondly remember like a perfect 1st date. If I lived in Austin, I would make Torchy's... More

I've never been to a lunch trailer before. My co-workers wanted to try it so I relented and went along. I felt it was a good sign that there was a long line in front of their trailer. WOW! it was delicious! Best burrito I ever had. I will definitely be back. Can't recommend this unique place enough!

I wanted specifically to hit a food truck and Torchys was well worth it. We went to the spot on 1st, in a little dirt parking lot with a bunch of picnic tables. Our group of five ordered one of everything on the menu. And nothing was disappointing. Even the vegetarian is the group was happy. I recco the Beef... More
