Yum - really good!

I'm not a huge taco fan but the salmon tacos here were delicious. Very fresh and tasty with some great tomatillo sauce. We also had the chips with homemade guacamole. Excellent as well. The environment at the trailer park is fun and quirky. Glad they had the covered eating area and lots of water in... read more

The chips and queso are amazing. The service is great. We were there for a late lunch and had no trouble getting a table under a fan. The sausage on taco and avacado and everything were just amazing. Republican yum, democrat, yum!!! Can't go wrong at Torchy's!!! It's a food truck where you get a number and they bring your... More

So glad my husband and I stopped in here for dinner! These tacos were some of the best I've ever had. We got the three vegetarian tacos they offered, the dirty sanchez, the independent, and the fried avocado. They were all fantastic, but the fried avocado was probably my favorite just because I'm obsessed with avocado. The line wasn't bad... More

We went to the food truck location as well as the eat-in restaurant--both were really great. Very fresh. If you like things with a little kick, the Diablo sauce made with roasted habaneros is very tasty. Among the group we sampled the Democrat, Ranchhand, chicken fajita, fried avocado, Baja shrimp, and the green chili carnitas tacos. No disappointments.

Love this place! The only downside is usually a very long wait, and a little pricey for a taco joint. But it's worth it! Definitely a favorite of ours :)

Stopped here late at night after a long flight into Austin. The tacos were fabulous albeit a bit pricey. Nothing but friendly servers all around us which made for a great experience. Don't know what to order? Just ask any server ... they gave great suggestions!

I went to Torchy's specifically for the tacos - they have a quiz on their website that pairs you with one of their tacos...I got the Baja Shrimp. Of course, when I got there I had to order one of those! I also ordered The Independent, which is fried mushroom, avocado, etc. The Independent was the best taco EVER -... More

DELISH - and come hungry! The selection for breakfast (and lunch/dinner) are quite different than your typical eggs, bacon and cheese- and that's a good thing! Options include everything from potato to fajita to brisket - you just can't go wrong. Take it to go or eat there - staff is AWESOME too! I would suggest ordering two at a... More

Awesome chips and salsa and the tacos are amazing. I had the tuna and salmon tacos. My husband had brisket and sausage. Great food and service! Will visit every time I can come to austin. This was my second time.

While spending the day in Austin, we decided to eat lunch at Torchy's Tacos. There was a long line (good sign). I got the Baja Shrimp Taco and my husband got the Green Chili Pork and Trailer Park. We also shared Chips and Queso. All the tacos were tasty and had a little kick to them. It was a great... More
