Best Coffee

Pacha is a beautiful quaint little cafe with outdoor and indoor seating. Pacha coffee was the best, it was very rich, full bodied and flavorful. The food is also yummy and fresh, I actually had to wait for the quiche to cool down from the oven before they could serve me a piece. I had several... read more

This place rocks. The coffee was very rich and full-bodied...really enjoyable. We ordered the Beef Hash and the Blueberries pancakes. Both were very flavorful and truly delicious. I loved the intimate and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it even if you have to drive a distance... it is worth it.

We usually come to Pacha's for their pancakes, they are amazing! I love the pear, bacon and green onion pancake, but the berry pancakes are excellent as well. They always use fresh fruit and very good quality bacon. The quiche, veggie torte and empanadas are also excellent. This is a small cottage with a minuscule kitchen where everything is made... More

The best tea I have ever tasted, but then again I just began drinking tea, after having this yummy tea for the first time. Awesome food, I love how natural their food is and how kind the workers are. The place is small and cozy. There are games to help put your children at ease, or fill the time as... More

Get the pear and bacon pancakes...they won't disappoint! I might need to have them again tomorrow. They get busy so expect minimal parking and a wait inside. Definitely not a place for a quick breakfast but perfect for catching up with a friend.

Fruit bowl had rotten grapes and blueberries on the bottom. Eggs were overcooked. Bacon was mostly fat. People who work there have an attitude problem. Flies were everywhere (inside). Food was way overpriced. There are a number of good places in Austin where organic food is available. This is definitely not one of them!

We were in Austin for the Formula One race and were staying in a nearby temporary rental. We decided to try Pacha the first morning and ended up going there all four mornings. Delicious food, unique Austin atmosphere and very friendly people. Rather small so it tends to fill up on weekends. We averaged $10-$12 per person, which with quality... More

Great place. Nothing fancy, just great pancakes. Their pancakes have a great twist, they put large pieces of fruit right in the batter. Not little pieces like most places, big pieces. Take a look at the photo in this review. I went with the pears, and you get big slices right in the batter. More like a french tart than... More

The coffee is good (check), the pancakes are AWESOME (check), the location is centrally located (check) . . . so what if the staff is grumpy and the patrons are all bearded unicorns! The food is delightful. After living in Austin for a LONG time, it's great to still find these hidden gems in a city which opens new eateries... More

This tiny restaurant is a gem. Order their pancakes or create your own from the ingredients listed. I had blueberry with coconut and it was truly the best pancake I ever had. The bacon and cheddar pancake is delicious too. The eggs are fresh and there are lots of different types of tea on the menu. Everything is made fresh... More
