If you're not at least mildly adventurous, don't go, because all the game choices on the menu won't do it for you. It's expensive for Austin, but it's very interesting, very good, and intimate without being stuffy. more

We went to Hudson on thanksgiving 2006. My appetizer was smoked duck breast bacon roll with chilly sauce. The bacon overpowered everything and it tasted like mere bacon.
