Services & atmosphere is worth the drive. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The drinks were served cold and food was served promptly. When I asked for her to turn on the fans she did so immediately. I would go back again just for the view

We REALLY enjoyed this place! The place is neat. The setting is nice. The view is fantastic. The food was surprisingly great. We weren't expecting much from the food, but, it was great. The service was good as well. A+

Just the amazing view is worth checking this restaurant out. Not only do you see neat statues of horses and kids playing as your walking from the parking lot, to the beautiful views of the lake while you eat. My husband and I went here in July for my birthday and were glad we did. We enjoyed the food although... More

Music was ok on the night we went. Come for the ambiance, don't bother getting a table, head upstairs to catch the sunset.

The food is pretty good the drinks are good but the sunset on the lake is what makes this place special. Great views and fun places to shop in the area if there is a wait for the table.

I want to start off by saying " who knew there were hilly mountainous parts of Texas". I was impressed with the drive there as well as the Oasis. Wow !!! what a place this restaurant has five stories, yes Five. Very beautiful from the outside just want to mention that. We walked in and by past everyone to go... More

It is the worst Mexican food, if not worst food overall, in Austin. The food is a disaster. Even the cocktails are bellow average. The view is impressive though. It is absolutely worth checking out the view. If you order a drink they can't mess up like a rum and coke, or a beer you should be ok. It is... More

This restaurant and entertainment complex is built into the side of a hill with a spectacular view of Lake Travis. Dining right at sunset is perfect. I have never seen so many photographs taken where you know the faces will never show up against the bright background of the sunset. Beware however, you will pay for the view with a... More

Sure it's not the best restaurant in Austin nor will it be the best Mexican food you've ever had, but coming here is more an adventure than just a restaurant. The place is mammoth with lots of music and fun atmosphere. The wait is long if you go on the weekends - bring your patience. Make sure you sit outside... More

We went to The Oasis while we were in Austin for a weekend get-a-way. Several friends recommended we go there, as did the owner of the B&B we were staying at. We read the reviews on TripAdvisor before we went....and we got exactly what we expected to get based on those reviews: a great view but less than average food.... More
