Gorgeous view

View is breath taking. Make sure to sit on the balcony. Couple cute little shops to buy a couple of souvenirs and gifts.

Excellent location on Lake Travis. The view from the balcony is excellent. The entrance to the restaurant has been very artistically decorated. we ordered some Mexican vegetarian dishes( Burritos) that were tasty. The portion was also large for one person.

We went as a family group. The view was outstanding, but nothing good to say about the food. The two Mexican food plates were served cold and the food was tasteless. The brisket sandwich was some chopped meat drowned in sauce, others had like experiences. Suggest to go and have a drink while enjoying the view.

You can't beat the views and the sunsets anywhere else in the Austin and Lakeway area. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The decks on the back are the best for viewing the sunsets. They also have a number of private venues for having private parties. The food is not the best in town, but good. They have a venue... More

Since The Oasis has been rebuilt, it's even better than ever and the food has improved so much I love to eat their enchiladas, yummm. And now that Lake Travis has almost filled up, it's a great place to be again! For those newish to Austin, they don't remember the lake being full, but for us natives, it's been tough... More

Stopped by for dinner with hubby while visiting Lakeway to enjoy the sunset views from the patio. However, we learned depending on where you sit, some of the tables have a wide fence post obstructing part of the view. We happened to be sitting at one of those tables. Definitely took away from the view. Tables are close together and... More

A nice place to gather to relax with friends and overlook Lake Travis. The drinks were below average though. Since that's all we stopped in for, no food, it was a little disappointing. However, it was a nice pit-stop in between a long meeting and our dinner plans.

The Oasis arguably has one of the best sunset views in Texas and that's probably enough to make the visit worth it. The downfall is the very average service and below average food. When the sun is out you can always expect a pretty good sized crowd and they're not staffed or equipped to handle it. Wait times for food... More

Restaurant location is beautiful,on the Lake Travis. Nice view. However food and service was disappointing. Our waiter came just to take our order. We ordered their hamburger and some fish tacos. It took about 30 minutes for food to arrive, and someone else brought it. My husband requested hamburger medium-well, it came overcooked, dry & tasteless. Fish tacos were OK, didn't... More

My boyfriend and I went for dinner one night while visiting Lake Travis. We ordered the combo fajitas for 2 with steak and Shiner Bock pork. YUM!!! The meat was tender and had great flavor. The margarita wasn't bad either. My favorite part was the view from the balcony. We sat lakeside on the 3rd floor to listen the the... More
