We Stopped in on our SXSW day time outing, Great Views, Good Folks We did the Chips. & Guacamole along with Mexican Martinis The Sweet & Sour Tom Collins made the Martininis a little sweeter than my Girl likes, but they were smooth and tasty to me. We came from Salt Lick so we were still not too hungry, but... More

As always, spectacular views, even with the lake being low. Food is improving - had a pretty fair burger and the house margarita is average. But the sunset is what we came for!

I've been going to The Oasis for 15 years. Love it. Our favorite is when The Atlantics are playing in the Starlight Terrace. It is a fun, family environment with the best mix of dance music. Service is great. Servers are always so helpful. The view at sunset is unbelievable. Get there early for a good table. Food is great... More

Servers are helpful and friendly and seem to like their jobs. Food was good but not outstanding. More like comfort food with a view.

The view sometimes is determined by the level of the lake waters, but when the lake is up, the vistas are breathtaking. The atmosphere is casual and upbeat. Many levels on the decks in the back make it a little hazardous for small children or the elderly. Fun place for the able-bodied! Go when the weather is nice or when... More

Go strictly for the view. Food is marginal at best. The service was friendly but extremely slow. The waitress we had actually forgot about us!!! I went on a Sunday and the music was great!!

Like everyone else has posted The Oasis is in a fantastic location, and has a gorgeous view that it has setup three restaurants around. We went to the Oasis Cafe for a weekday lunch, and while the Tex Mex fare was just okay the view on the patio was beautiful. I would do what most people do is chow down... More

Great view of Lake Travis but only average food. Food quality and pricing reminds me of beach restaurants in Florida. The restaurant is sprawling with over 3 floors and has different outside seating levels to see the view. Other than Oasis, the complex is mostly vacant. I would recommend going at sunset and get only drinks.

The Oasis is definitely a must see if visiting the Austin area. Its known for the happy hour and fantastic views from every angle. The food is great and the drinks are delicious. A picturesque view of the lake and the surrounding landscape has many photo opportunities to capture your memories on camera too.
