Son wanted BBQ for dinner and he took me here. You must get a loaf of bread with your meal! Made fresh and it comes warm to your table! Ham was moist and delicous! Will return with wife in the future!

I took a party of twelve here for lunch, for my daughter's bridal shower. We ate on the deck right next to the "lake". The "lake" is really just a very clear stream connecting Lady Bird Lake to Town Lake, but it is picturesque. The food was wonderful - we had family style barbeque. There was plenty for everyone, three... More

First time at this County Line Chain. Excellent Tasty food with a great dining experience.. Our Waiter. Was Justin. Very Friendly and served us well. He knew exactly when to bring the next plate for my "All you can Eat Ribs". I love the natural smokey taste of the meat. I even saw the delivery of the mesquite wood in... More

We've been to this County Line before (it seems we come here each time we are in Austin). Usually the service is great as well as the food. This time, we were all left a bit disappointed. First, the view was the same and very much enjoyable. The greeters/hostesses at the door were also welcoming and friendly. However, our server... More

I've been to county line before. In fact it has been one of my favorite places to eat for many years. Today I went to this county line for the first time. The menu is different than the other county lines. No salads. No variety of sides. No food at all that I was able to eat. I ordered a... More

We think this county line ifs one of the best, their quality is always great. Some of the other locations in other cities have let us down. Their ribs are great. We either have one of the combination plates or just the rib plates. We have never been disappointed.

While Salt Like garners the most discussion, I think County Line is a much better place to go with a group of people for General BBQ. Their family style serving adds to the casual and fun atmosphere. Less mustard, more tomato in taste. Good beef ribs.

Including BBQ. Had the smokehouse sampler - 5 types of meats, 3 sides. Delicious. If you visit Austin, County Line (Hill or Lake). Only other that trumps this is Franklin... but they only serve while supplies last each day and you better be able to wait (although I hear it's well worth it!).

This was a great BBQ meal. It was more food than anyone at our table could finish. All the food was great on the plate except the beans. BBQ food was excellent! Make SURE you order the home made bread...it is fantastic!! Would eat here again if i am in Austin.

This County Line location remains true to its origin. Food tastes very good, and lots of it -- enough for a second meal in the carry out container. Service could be more attentive, but still it is a wonderful place. Surprisingly quiet but fun at lunch.
