What would you like to eat today? I'm pretty sure you'll find it here and you could take it home or eat it there.....the cafe has beautiful and tasty gourmet food and the staff is there to help if you get confused at all the choices! Warning, it could get expensive- but I'm pretty sure it will be worth it!

The food is good and consistent. The real draw is the plays cape and deck shaded by hugh oak trees. You cab also access a short trail around a series of two nicely landscaped retention ponds. The CM store has a great selection of organic food and dynamite gelato.

Though I like shopping at Central Market for personal groceries, I was disappointed with their selection of prepared foods. I was picking up items for a business function and was not able to find the items in the quantities I wanted. I would recommend calling ahead and utilizing their catering, rather than picking things out yourself.

We go here often to grocery shop as they have a nice sized playground in the back where we can take our daughter afterwards or during (if she gets cranky, one of us can take her outside). Oh, and their prepared foods are yummy too!

We love Central Market. There is a playground outside, and there used to be space for kids to run around and feed the ducks. They've now cordoned off nearly all the outside space for ulnspecified "improvements." Playground is still there, not room for older kids to run around. The food is OK, but quality has dropped and prices have increased... More

Given the insane amount of time I've spent at the area's Whole Foods Market locations, once in a while, I need a break... when that comes, I head to Central Market. I love their themed months, and the month in the summer that they dedicate to Spain is my favorite. I love their Italian Cream Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Carrot Cake,... More

The kids meal grilled cheese was incredible. Grapes had seeds. Tortilla soup AMAZING. Salad bar great selection. Portions are LARGE. Definitely worth the $$$$ which I thought was reasonable.

For me it's somewhere in between HEB and wholefood. Summer roll is my favorite. I also liked their fresh squeezed juice a lot.

Not as new as it's South Lamar cousin, the food is on a par... good $5 soup selection, and the sandwiches and pizza are good, if not a little pricey. The café has an indoor area, a plastic enclosed area for cooler nights, and an outdoor space. Top Tip, grab some bread and cheese from the attached grocery store, or... More

I went into Central Market after searching for Trader Joes on Yelp. I was amazed at the variety of the produce section. The wine and beer departments are well stocked. I found some unique wines that I thought were winery only and not distributed. The breads, desserts and prepared foods are excellent.
