Our dinner was great! Our waitress was very nice and extremely helpful. Each of us had a different dish and they were all yummy! The prices were very reasonable, as well. Would definitely recommend and will visit again when we're back in Austin.

I prefered the Arboretum's place at the patio. I love chile con queso, corn bread! Any fish plate! Margarita!

Hubby and I have been wanting to try this place out. We were not disappointed. They do have complimentary valet. We arrived about 5pm. Just in time for happy hour. We tried the pork chili verde appetizer...it was delicious. We also had the ruby trout entrée and the chicken fried chicken. It was all good. There were lots of choices... More

We hit happy hour the other night, appetizers are half price and a meal by themselves. The tableside chunky guacamole is superb, as are the spinach mushroom quesadillas, crab cakes, green chili pork nachos and shrimp tostadas. Love the atmosphere, head to the annex for live music, excellent friendly service

Ok service was bad, but the place is really cool, love the old house as a restaraunt, loved sitting outside, food was pretty good, very flavorful, at first the menu gives you a feeling of chilis, but I assure you it's not, its really well seasoned. and very reasonable price wize.

I went there on a Tuesday night at around 7 and the main dining area was packed. Rather than wait 30 minutes for a table, I opted for a seat in the annex bar across the walkway. There was an excellent live band playing and the atmosphere was quite lively. I found an empty table and had a great meat.... More

I was impressed with the interesting options on the menu, which is extensive. Went for brunch and had the breakfast quesadilla, which was served with complimentary fruit and a fresh muffin (or cornbread). The food was good and the prices were very reasonable; be prepared to ask for a to-go box though because portions are big. Best part was the... More

Went twice in May when up in Austin for a couple of events. The first time the service was great. The second time, two weeks later, the waiter remembered my name when he saw me in the restaurant. I was floored. NICE JOB! So I asked to sit in his section and he took great care of us. Of course... More

I love to bring out-of-towners here! The 6th Street location has the best atmosphere and the wait staff is very friendly. Ask for Trey-he knows every dish-maybe every ingredient they use! We visited mid May; the weather was gorgeous for patio dining. The shrimp tostadas are still the best. And don't stop the cornbread!

The food here is great. My husband and I had the queso and quacamole to start - I highly recommend the queso! Vegetarian options are clearly marked in the menu, which made ordering easy for me. I had a dinner salad, and my husband had a burger. I also had the fudge pie for dessert. Everything I tried was wonderful.... More
