We got to Sunday brunch about 1:00 pm. We didn't go there for that but that's all they had - couldn't order off the menu. Took 10 minutes to be seated yet there were many open tables - they weren't very crowded. Nice waitress and she was efficient. However, they were out of about half of the items in the... More

I planned a get together with friends for Disco Night last night. A few of met for dinner before the others arrived for drinks and dancing. Our waiter was Alex. When it was just a few of us, he was nice but once the rest of our friends got there and the dancing started, he became rude and obnoxious. While... More

We had a buffet style dinner for 50 people, so hardly representative but indicative of quality. The food was fine and the service pretty efficient. It's a busy, noisy, up-beat kind of place but would not have stood out for the experience by comparison with other tex mex locales. One for the tourists.

Had a late night dinner here and had an excellent tex-mex meal that was on the spicy side of things, but oooh so good! I had Chile Relleno Rustico...a Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with fajita chicken, pepitas, toasted pecans, dried cranberries and pepperjack cheese. Lots of flavor there! They have a great bar...and the skinny margarita was fresh and not from... More

We enjoyed sitting on the roof and talking with the family sitting at the next table. The queso was good. The beef and chicken tacos my friends ordered were good. I ordered table side guacamole. The guacamole came to the table already made. Disappointed!! The guacamole was yummy, but I would have had fewer or no jalapeños and fewer tomatoes... More

Great atmosphere. Good wait staff. The best queso dip around. Reasonable prices. Good food. I didn't dislike anything.

I was recently in Austin for a conference, getting into town around 2:00 and ready for a fine Tex-Mex lunch. Iron Cactus was recommended by the doorman at my hotel, so I headed over on my own as soon as I checked in. I enjoyed my visit enough to go back two more times during my stay – once for... More

Stopped in for a lite bite and drinks. Sat at the bar and had a few drinks. Atmosphere was relaxed and easy going. Nachos were not good to me (spicy and flavor was not my thing)....however the next margarita I had was pretty good. Would visit again but right around the mid range of satisfaction.

Great service and good food. Had the pork enchiladas and they were good. A bit sweet though. Table side made guacamole was really good.
