My wife and I were more than impressed with the Roaring Fork. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We were offered a free aperitif as first time visitors and made to feel valued. Speaking of value, that was excellent also!

We dined at this restaurant the night before we left because my daughter wanted to enjoy a good "burger." Well she wasnt disappointment. The service and food were impeccable.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Roaring Fork. We were in a relatively quiet room where it was easy to chat. Service was attentive but not intrusive. We were careful about what we ordered, checking with the waitress on our choices, and she did not steer us wrong. The Lamb Chop and Squash Fondue appetizer was... More

What more can I say this place is amazing the only downside was that we didn't have time to go back. I ordered the Tortilla soup and the Carnitas. Both were amazing. The tortilla soup could be a meal on its own. The carnitas we delicious with enough to feed 2. The margaritas were also delicious

The restaurant is in the Intercontinental Hotel, but do not worry prices and atmosphere are not affected. Service is good and the prepared my guacamole as I wanted (otherwise it's already premixed...). Margarita ok. Guacamole actually very good. Next I had scallops. Per se the preparation was interesting, but scallops were overcooked: pretty much unforgivable, isn't it?

We decided on this spot last minute and because of that we ended up having to sit in the bar area which was totally fine because of course there was a wait! Either way, it was still comfortable and a great dining experience. For appetizer we ordered the mussels and chorizo - YUM!!! And for dinner he had the bacon... More

I often travel solo for business and I can testify that the solo traveler is sometimes shunted aside in favor of couples or larger parties. Not so at Roaring Fork. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the food was equally deserving of praise. The steak salad was heavenly.

If the weather is great head to Roaring Fork. Overlooking a quarry lake, the patio is great and has a nice view. Happy hour is from 4 - 7 and offers some reasonably priced choices. We decided on the blt salad and big a$$ burger - literally that is what it is called. The burger is big enough to split... More

We loved the green chile pork appetizer, but other than that, the food was just OK. I had the rotisserie chicken that was nothing special, my husband had a filet mignon that was charred on the outside, my son had the bacon wrapped pork that was covered with too much balsamic vinaigrette and my daughter had the salmon that was...
