We ate at Roaring Fork recently with family. It was a restaurant we really wanted to try based on reviews, and it did not disappoint! Honestly, our party of 7 absolutely loved their meals! One person in our party said the fish tacos were the best she has ever had. My husband had the redfish, and he said it was... More

The Roaring Fork delivered starting at the front door. Greeted by the aroma of wood smoked cuisine, beautiful décor and atmosphere, we were escorted to our square table for 8. Our waiter immediately provided printed wine specials as well as our menus. Throughout the evening we received excellent service. The tortilla soup was poured over a center mold of avocado,... More

Whether you go with a burger or a steak, it's always flame broiled and delicious. Staff was very friendly and anxious to answer your questions. It's an easy walk to the capital.

With a name like "The Roaring Fork," I didn't expect Mexican food! Have the green poblano mac and cheese- you won't regret it.

Service and food portions were great. We liked it so much that we had Lunch and Dinner. Since the restaurant is part of the hotel we stayed at, it was convenient for us to dine there. Being that the food was delicious made it a no brainer.

We were staying at the Intercontinental Hotel and decided to eat at the Roaring Fork inside the hotel. It was very good. I had the braised short rib with horseradish mashed potato and it was without a doubt the best short rib I have ever tasted. My husband had the huge burger and said it was good as well. The... More

Great menu at reasonable prices. I had fish tacos, which were perfect, 2oz of grilled sordfish on a soft taco shell with quack and lots of other flavors. My dinning companion had a steak salad - also excellent. Wine was reasonably priced, I had a glass of Temperanillo for $7. There was enough of interesting food on the menu to... More

I was traveling by myself but Roaring Fork staff found me a table in the busy time with no problem. The staff are friendly and professional. The steak was delivered as ordered and was quite delicious. This restaurant has a great wine list to complement the food. All in all, I'll be back!

Ate here because it was in my hotel. Loved the food - fish tacos were excellent. Service could use some polish. Seems like one of those places where if you are a single diner, they don't pay much attention to you.

We had three different meals in the Roaring Fork and also met friends there for after dinner drinks. The food, service and price value can't be beat. The chef is creative and excellent. Service is prompt and friendly.
