Roaring Fork is the first choice for my co-workers and me for our birthday celebrations and for meetings with clients. Our favorites are the absolute to die for green chile pork enchiladas (only available at lunch), the delightful Waldorf Spinch Chicken Salad, and the burger. Plus, the service is topnotch. We look forward to every meal here!

Sometimes when you find out a restaurant is in a hotel you get concerned about what you will find…..a 3 meal a day diner like atmosphere. Not the case here. My family was pleasantly surprised when we were able to get in recently. The appetizers were all excellent…..creatively made and served. Main courses were diverse and also excellent. If anything... We had 12 for dinner, we were happily surprised by being given a large round table in a private room. It was Mom's birthday dinner with three generations attending. The service was excellent, suggestions/recommendations did not disappoint and everything came out cooked as requested and very timely considering 12 plates. Multiple allergies in our group were well taken care of.... More

Our meals were good and servings were very ample. Service was fine. Necessary to make reservations to avoid a late seating.

The only thing that was good was the margaritas They brought out not 1 but 2 plates of burned scallops I flagged down the manager and he assured me they were not burned I assured him that Emeril would have jack slapped the cook for serving that crap. The sauce tasted like poorly cooked flour based gravy I asked the... More

Great service, but lacking in the food department. How do you possibly run out of 4 main dishes on a week night? Ordered the beef short ribs which were pretty good, especially the horseradish mashed potatoes. Also ordered a side of Mexican street corn which FINALLY came out after finishing the main meal. Server set it down and warned it... More

I discovered this place on a trip a few years back. Stumbled upon them again, and asked if they still made their impeccable green chili pulled pork enchiladas. YES!!! Better than the first time around, that that was magical. Nice vibe, great friendly service, very comfortable for a woman traveling solo on business.

Nice ambiance bringing a modern take to Central Texas decor. The staff is attentive and professional and the food portions large, delicious, and surprisingly affordable - especially since the restaurant is located in the Intercontinental Hotel. Standouts - the tortilla soup (be prepared for zesty! broth), short ribs, and anything from the grill.

A seat by the fire on a blistering cold night coupled with an awesome glass of cab was a perfect answer to the November chills. The bacon wrapped pork medallions with corn and grits were just perfect. Service was professional but attentive. Lovely night.
