While the feel of the restaurant is authentic and the servers are nice, you are really there for the seafood. And it is pricey. Even the lunch specials are expensive, adding a "side" salad is almost $5, a coffee cup size soup is $8. Everything came out cooked well, tasted great, nice and hot but my almost $20 plate could... I visited for lunch before a meeting in the area. The server was great - he recommended a dish on the dinner menu..salmon on top of spinach covered in crab, shrimp and scallops. It was AMAZING. Probably the best seafood dish I've ever experienced. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

Pappadeaux's was recommended to us so we decided to try it out, and was not disappointed. The food, drinks, service was all great! We've been back several times. It's definitely on the level as Cheesecake Factory, a lot nice then your regular food chain. Huge portions and at a resonate price. We are a fan!! You won't be disappointed.

We were there for Happy Hour. The food was great and the drinks were too. Food came out a little longer than usual and we had to order more drinks. Overall it was very good!

This place is wonderful. Friendly, accommodating people, excellent service, amazing food. Drinks were great, actually had alcohol in them. Bloody Mary was nice. We had a variety of food: fried shrimp, fried catfish, shrimp etouffee, coconut shrimp, shrimp creole, red beans & rice and topped with the brownie cake with ice cream. All were exceptional, exceeded expectations. Would go back... More

We usually go at lunch time. Less crowds. Our recent visit was fantastic. The crispy salmon was amazing. Never had a bad oyster at this place. Cocktails are always a little pricey, but very delicious. Despite being a chain, the Austin store always delivers on food quality. Can be a little noisy, but this place is all about service and... My goodness the wait for a table seems to last forever but when seated, the fun and classy service starts. The food is sumptuous great if I may say. The restaurant was pretty loud almost like you are in an open market in some foreign country I have visited. Great restaurant for parties not so good for business meeting. Great... More

Restaurant was great. Location to Crown Plaza Austin was very convenient. Wait staff little slow, but service was good.
