Simply great

OK, so the food was fantastic - we ordered three dishes off the menu (Lobster Taco's, Battered Oysters, Grilled Shrimp Oreginato) and a special (Filet Mignon and Shrimp) and one side dish (Crab Stir Fried Rice). All, really off the charts great - the Filet was miles better than Bob's... read more

So delicious! I can't wait until I'm in Austin so I can eat here again. Completely worth the money. We were with large group and the 20% tip was added in so watch your ticket if you are tipping on top of that. Other than that it was a great experience.

Food...Service...Ambiance were just about perfect. This is an outstanding restaurant experience. Great menu selections. I had the red snapper special which was a sauteed red snapper in a lemon caper butter sauce quite delicious. Sould be called Eddie A's.

A review of the food quality is not necessary. It is what you would expect at a fine dining establishment. But what I want to comment on is the quality of the service. Dan, our server went out of his way to make us feel like old friends. He knew we were out of towners and knew that he may... More

This was a last minute decision and a suggestion from a friend of mine who lives just outside Austin. I figured I would be having BBQ nearly my entire visit but this was a nice break from that. The atmosphere was lovely with the live band and it was very welcoming inside. The service, as I have noticed throughout all... More

I took someone here for their birthday in November. I had lived in Austin for 17 years, but had never visited this restaurant. The service was excellent (for the most part) and the staff was pleasant (for the most part) and I loved the atmosphere. The food was excellent. There is an extensive wine list. If you have a special... More

Popped in after a day at the F1 racing ... no reservation, place was busy but they fitted us in. Had the best 32oz 40-day aged steak! Cooked to perfection (Black and Blue). Pricey but not stupidly expensive. Nice atmosphere. Quite dark.

I love Eddie V's for happy hour because the HH menu is very good and lower priced than the dinning room. But, my Wife and I got to dinner more often than the dinner is so good. Love it.

We love going to both (downtown and Arbor) for drinks and light food. Great wine selection, food and wonderful service.
