Dining at Fonda San Miguel was definitely a high point. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and very helpful making suggestions on wines and the menu, which specializes in Mexican cuisines from the interior. It's been several years since I've been, and I still talk about it. It was nothing short of amazing. A friend and myself shared the mole enchiladas, which were definitely out of the ordinary but delicious nonetheless. Another friend got the chile rellano. It was off the charts. Excellent margaritas.
