We came to this rather sophisticated cafe on South Congress for brunch on a Saturday...it was busy but it did nottake long for us to get a seat. Our server was friendly and knew the menu well. We started with what everyone else seemed to be drinking.. Bloody Marys. They were huge! and had a giant stick of celery in... More

I don't like seafood, so there was not much on their menu I wanted to eat. My best friend and I just had one drink each, at the bar, and left. The restaurant has a great atmosphere though! Not what I thought it would be.

For brunch, you need to be there when the doors open, or wait until mid afternoon. Otherwise, expect a long wait. This is one of the most popular brunch places in Austin for good reason. We love to take visitors, and those who have just moved into the area. It doesn't have the weirdness, but it is definitely Austin -... More

There were 7 of us having a dinner and the menu gave us enough diversity of very good food to satisfy us all, from vegetarian to a duck burger. Wine menu was good without being too pricey, good whites and reds. The appetizers were good, salad was really good and I especially liked the Gazpacho cup. The Filet Mignon with... More

Terrific, unusual food with an award winning margarita in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Austin adds up to a great experience. On our first visit our server Danielle was professional yet fun as were the bartender and server on our second trip. The lamb with jalapeño hummus is killer and the beef milanesa was a new spin on the... More

Casual cafe atmosphere and superb food. We had brunch with gazpacho, crabcakes, gumbo, and a vegetarian omelet. Our last and best meal in an 8 day stay in Austin.

Title says it all...is it a dessert or is breakfast? Who cares! They were fluffy and light with killer maple cream cheese spread. If you order the crab cake benedict, ask for poached eggs on top instead of the quiche; doesn't work with the quiche.

I would personally give a lower review but am taking into consideration that my fiancé liked the sliders and the manager checking on us due to this being a new dish (she was very pleasant). This place has a contemporary and bright sunlit atmosphere but the value just wasn't there for us. I guess it wasn't my cup of tea... More

Oh my goodness, the food was amazing. We were with a group of family and friends and everything that was ordered was delicious! Best pork chop ever, the Shrimp Risotto was wonderful, the filet mignon was fabulous, and the crème brulee was scrumptious!! We had reservations and we were promptly seated. The service was also great. We will definitely return... More
