A step above the typical sports and meaty food joint

We've been going to Pluckers since the original one by UT, and we always visit when we return to Austin. Pluckers is more than just wings, but we tend to stick to buffalo wings or buffalo chicken sandwiches. The fried pickles are a favorite appetizer. The sides with the meals are good enough but... read more

A gastronomical delight if you have your heart set on eating chicken wings. They have a great assortment of entrees and plenty of sides to choose from. Bring a large crowd and ya'll can share the wide variety! It is a wonderful venue to watch sports on tv as they have Numerous TVs all over the restaurant. The waitstaff was... More

Really bad, greasy spoon at its finest. Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. There are many far better places to get chicken.

Always a good time with family, friends or both. We enjoy their menu, especially their wings and burgers.

Straight up one of the best places for wings ever - I would choose Pluckers any day over Quaker Steak and Lube. The sauces are great combinations of spices and my favorite was the 'Baker's Gold' - I didn't want to know what was in it because I am so picky and hate the mention of most usual sauce ingredients,... Ok, Pluckers is really alright...and in most other towns it would be outstanding. The decor, service, food and selections are all fine , but gosh, when you compare it to the scores of truly outstanding restaurants in Austin it just sorta falls somewhere in the middle. On a recent Saturday afternoon we stopped in around 3:00 or so and the... More

This place was good once upon a time. The boneless wings are not crunchy and seem half assed. The wait time is unbelievable and the staff is not very cordial.

This is a great spot for wings, beer and sports viewing. Austin location on South Lamar has good parking and an outdoor option.

We finally went to Plucker's today for lunch after passing it many, many times. The location used to be a Black Eyed Pea restaurant that we frequented years ago. The interior has some booths along the walls and tables in the center area. A full bar occupies one wall. There are many, many flat screens around with most, if not... More
