Great vegan restaurant, food was served quickly and it was yummy. Service was good. It was full but we were able to find seats in the bar.

Fun, laid back place that reminded us of our time at UT back in the 70s! We loved the atmosphere, friendly, attentive waitstaff, and the FOOD. We got the Slacker's Banquet and the Veggin' Out Plate and were not disappointed! Would highly recommend!

The coffee has some flavor and the espresso drinks also rate. The quirky decor and layout, with the exposed brick and concrete floors adds to the charm. The menu has a great selection of breakfast and lunch items, and the non-veg in the group will be pleased with the egg options. Ingredients are fresh and local, and the tomato slices... More

I loved this restaurant especially being veg - there was so much choice on the menu. the food was great, the place was wonderfully weird, the staff helpful and it was busy. I loved this place and wold recommend it to veggies and non-veggies

Carnivores love this South Austin vegetarian spot! We loved it too! The restaurant is like Austin itself...a little weird, quirky, eccentric, resourceful, and inventive. The crowd is a mishmash of Austin and the atmosphere has a lot of energy. It is super busy so expect a decent wait especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Despite the hustle and bustle the service... Being a vegetarian, this is my favorite place to eat since there is no way I can go wrong cuz everything is meatless. I love breakfast here.

Saturday morning and the place is packed with a nominal waiting period. First available seating was a table for two on the covered patio of the converted garage. Fans kept temperatures acceptable and flies away, this is after all Texas in the summer. We ordered from a vegetarian / vegan menu the Eggs Benedict and the Predictable Breakfast with eggs.... More

The food was great. Would have given it 5 stars but the server had to be reminded twice to bring the drinks we ordered.

The Renedict with the tofu scrambler is outstanding and try a blue berry muffin that has been grilled, wonderful. The air conditioning was not working so we ate outside, and even in 80+ degrees it was nice, except for the flies that wanted our food.

To compensate my vegetarian friends for dragging them to many BBQ joints, I suggested going to Bouldin Creek. Good first impressions from the packed outside eating area. We'd timed our arrival for a late lunch as we knew they didn't take reservations, and were seated within a few minutes. Looking at the size of the "sammiches" being served to the... More
