Hot damn. This place looks like Pee-Wee's Playhouse, but they serve up food straight from heaven. The chips were hot when they arrived at the table (score!). The salsa was hot (score again!). I ordered the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom, and hated that I had to say such stupid words to get my food. But the waiter immediately said I'd ordered the... More

On the trip to Austin, a group of ten of us headed to Chuy's. Margarita's were great, the tex mex food was great, and not a bad price.

Very friendly staff, good food, great atmosphere. I was here 4 or 5 years ago and have been bragging about it to my wife ever since. Finally had the chance to take her there and they more than backed up my talk. Barton Springs Road now has a number of restaurants that appear to be variations of this theme and... More

There is a certain flavor to all of the food at Chuy's. It's good food, not the best TexMex but a perfect example of the genre. This place is all about atmosphere! When you factor the 2 together then you've got a winning combination which is why this one restaurant has become a regional chain. Get the Creamy Jalapeno for... More

Amazing place to experience at least once in your life. Best to arrive early or late for lunch as this place fills is fast! Had the chicken "flautas" and they were fabulous-hand made as they do in Mexico. Great people watching place too. Seem's to me, the place to be is Chuy's!

This is the original Chuy's, love the food, atmosphere, and service. Whenever I'm in Texas I always look for Chuy's, always consistent no matter which location. Please bring a Chuy's to Miami!

A popular Austin eatery that serves tex-mex, Chuy's is always a go to if you just want some simple tex-mex food. Lots of options, but I prefer the Panchos, Taco Salad, or Combo #1. Ask for creamy jalapeno to go with your chips and salsa, they're famous for it, and it's excellent.

Must get the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. This is the 3rd time we've eaten at a Chuy's (Second at this particular location). Our service was AWESOME! The drinks were flowing, the chips were quickly refilled and the food came out FAST, hot and tasty!!!

The Chuy's location on Barton Springs is the original Chuy's. Offering Tex-Mex cuisine, Chuy's is a great local flavor. The Chuy's in North Austin has a great patio area if you prefer to eat outdoors.
