I Love This Place

Nice restaurant and usually crowded. I love the breakfast tacos and almost everything else I have ever ordered there. Try the Migas. I know it sounds like they only serve breakfast, but that's not the case. The chili rellano was very good as are the tacos. I can't say there is anything I... read more

Amazing food, great patio, wonderful service. My whole party loved it. The gluten free menu is THREE PAGES LONG. Those with celiac will understand why this is reason to rejoice. They brought gluten free chips in a sealed bag, and a separate salsa bowl for me since my friends with me were both eating the regular chips. I didn't even... More

So, there are some places that you like and don't know why. This Maudie's location has a great outdoor patio with bird spattered chairs overlooking the very trafficked 360 corridor. The wait staff are all very friendly, but they tend to disappear and your order is always only marginally right. The Mexican Martini is delightful and they will sell you... More

"If you want to wow your out of town guests, take them to Maudie's Milagro" said a long time Cedar Park resident - and she was so right. It was worth the drive south for us, right off 360 and Westlake ave, located in Davenport Village -- tucked into the trees and with a wonderful outdoor patio as well. Can... More

I absolutely adore Maudie's. It has great food, my favorite is the fajita tacos or quesadillas! So good and the staff is very friendly and down to earth. The view is beautiful. All around, awesome.

This is located out in Davenport Village, west of Austin on 360, and it is *so* worth the drive. Maudie’s is my favorite Tex-Mex place in Austin, and this is my favorite location. Because it’s a little farther out than the other locales, this one has been a “special place” for me, as I’d only go there my birthday dinner.... More

It took 1.5 hours to get 3 lunch plates and some ice tea for 3 people. The service was awful. The food wasn't that great either. We were seated outside and the table tops were sticky with a layer of grease that doesn't get washed off with cold water wipes and no soap. Yuck! There are a lot of really... More

So, a jovial waiter comes up and takes your order. We never see him again. Later, our order---delivered by a bus boy---delivers the food. One order was completely wrong. The rest of our party ate (Mexican doesn't taste as good cold). We dragged it out. After we had finished, another bus boy brought the order. It was incomplete. We rejected... More

A place to avoid the gridlock of highway 360, at least for a while, this isn't food to write home over. If you're from San Jose or Newark and looking for a taste of Texas, this isn't the place. The food is o.k., and nothing more. The interior is all hard finish, so the sound level is high….let me say... More

We go to Maudie's often and there are items on the menu that are very good and other items I don't love. The migas and all of the breakfast tacos are great, as are the shrimp dishes. I also love the Maida's salad, adding shrimp. The Skinny Sherrils is a good choice - love the grilled zucchini. Also, the chips/hot... More
