Nice to be able to go out to eat and not feel guilty about leaving the dog alone. Service is very slow, but the food is worth it. Particularly liked the Texas okra starter, pigs-in-a-blanket were maybe a little heavy given the hot weather. Roast chicken was delicious, bavette was just OK and the s'mores dessert is heavenly.

My wife, son, daughter and son-in-law had a wonderful Sunday brunch at Contigo. The waitress was excellent and kept our coffee and water full at all times. The food was very good. We ate in an open garden under cover for shade. The hush puppies were really great. We were never rushed and spent almost two hours in conversation in... More

Allow me to set the scene for you... a casually upscale vibe, lazy music, strands of lights, intelligent cocktails, strong beer list, good people, excellent staff (thanks Jenn!) and great food. If you have yet to visit, make plans soon. My wife and I made the journey after a few rave reviews from friends and we're not disappointed. We started... More

Contigo has a great outdoor atmosphere. Love the long tables and strings of lights, very cool! We went with 12 people which gives you the opportunity to share quite a bit and I think that's what Contigo has in mind. Enjoyed all the food. Loved all the funky drinks. I would definitely tell people to experience this restaurant.

Late afternoon "team building" session at this off the beaten path jewell. The weather was great and overall location perfect. My team enjoyed the funky drink specials and unique starter menu items. Though the Happy Hour drink specials held no appeal for me, overall there are decent options. Our team was underwhelmed with the "Face Bacon", which I agree was... More

First of all, Contigo has a great atmosphere. I’ve been there a couple of times with wife and friends and both were great experiences. Food was consistently good both times as it was service. Great burger and I also liked the ox tongue slider, pates, and friends told me the rabbit and dumpling was great.

This place is really neat! It has a very open, Texas-y feel to the whole place. They serve a variety of Texas products including both food and beverage. My only complaint is that the portions are really really small. Otherwise, this place is exceptional.

Our second time here, while visiting family. The outdoor ambience is superb, especially on a warm evening. A dog- & kid-friendly place with seating at enormous picnic tables. (I see how service could be a bit slow in peak hours, since the place is on the huge side.) Had a great time here. Table staff were excellent. Excellent selection of... More

I had some business clients in town from Sweden and needed to take them for a latish night bite after listening to a friend play an early set on 6th St. Contigo is open until 11pm on weeknight so we headed on over. It was packed but fortunately a table opened up and we were seated pretty quickly. I asked... More
