Colossal Goodness Deliciousness Donuts Like No Other!

Donuts can be made differently and entirely based off preference of dough or toppings, kind of like Pizza. So when I say Gourdough’s tops my charts of best doughnut shops, and I have been to quite a few good ones - Voodoo in Portland, Dough in Brooklyn, Federal in Philly and Primo's in LA - it may... read more

I wish I had one right now, so delicious. We were in Austin 3 days and had 3 donuts...just saying. We went the truck and the public house, both great spots

I'd visited a year ago and was unable to enjoy my meal as I was terribly sick, so I was absolutely ecstatic to visit again and actually ENJOY a meal! I had the Flaming Bird(?), a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and I was very happy with the taste and quality of the meal. I highly recommend their mozzarella appetizer and... More

A must if you're visiting Austin. We visited last year for the first time and had to come back to this incredible food truck. We went twice during our week stay. I had the PB & J and Sarah's Joy. Eventually I want to try them all. lol Good thing I live so far away it would be quite the... More

Stopped in late night for a doughnut on a recommendation from a friend. Looked at the doughnut menu and thought hummm IDK but decided on Sin A Bomb and boy did it NOT disappoint!! This was the size of both hands and covered in yummy brown sugar and cinnamon with a rich buttery taste and filled with sweet cream cheese.... More

My wife and I stopped by here yesterday for lunch, not exactly knowing what we'd encounter. The entire menu features donuts and so we were a bit leery about how the entrees would turn out. We split a Breast Lift, Blackened Chicken Breast, Bacon, Cilantro, Swiss Cheese, Red Onion, Sliced Tomato and a Creole Remoulade on an unsweetened donut bun.... More

Whoa. Just whoa. Their donuts are ridiculous. I mean what could be better than a huge donut? A huge donut with an endless amount of toppings is what!! They have fresh fruit, honey, whipped cream and chocolate on chocolate amazingness. Just go for it.

Got a tip that I could get a good doughnut here. Wasn't expecting the over-the-top flavor experience we had! My wife ordered a Carney...fresh hot doughnut covered in apples, caramel, and peanuts! Dang good! I had the Sara's Joy. Fresh doughnut, crispy on the outside and so tasty inside, covered in chocolate, the fresh grated coconut, followed by coconut cream.... More

I had my first Gordough's donut while in Austin for work. I will never forget that night. The weather was freezing, the line was long, and it took a little while to wait for the made-to-order golden nugget of deliciousness, but OH MAN was it worth it!!! The maple donut I had was amazing! I talked about it to anyone... More

In Austin from Chicago for my kids' Spring Break. We were told how great Gourdough's is, so we sought out a trailer near South Congress in late afternoon. There were only two customers eating at one of the picnic tables. My wife ordered several different doughnuts to go. They were massive and weighed maybe half a pound EACH. One was... More
