AMAZING!

The donuts from this place are amazing. I would definitely eat them again...and often if I could. They are a bit on the pricier side for donuts, but the donuts are quite large. It's a fun place to stop.

we had breakfast there. it was hot but the food truck was very busy. they were fast but busy. parking is a little tough since there in no real parking spaces marked but the food is well worth any trouble and the people are pretty accomidating when your car is blocked in.

Amazingly delicious and unique. This is not your mom & pops donuts- This is the dynasty of donuts and pastries. My favorite is Granny's Pie which has Caramel, Pecans, Bananas & Graham Cracker. It is sinfully delicious, although I think everything on their menu would be great! This is not the place to go if your stressing over a diet.... More

I love everything about this place, both the mobil vendors, and especially the restaurant that's in the old Kerby Lane Cafe location on S. Lamar. Paula and the whole crew are the best, best service, best attention, best bar-tenders, best and coldest beers. DoNuts are not just for desert or breakfast. These big giant donuts are lite and fluffy and... More

Every time our grandkids from Dallas are in town, a visit to Gourdough's is a must for the closest thing to "Chocolate Sin" you will find. If they pair up and share one dessert, they don't OD.

we went on a cold wet night. Not busy, per the usually extra crowded spot. If you need a sugary donut rush this is the place. Lots of picnic bench seating. I have never seen it closed, but know the hours.

It is an experience in overindulgence and worth every calorie. You'll wait outside in line in the heat but you'll be burning off calories you're about to digest. :)

Love the names on their items. Worth the trip just to read the menu. My wife had the fried brussel sprouts and was not real impressed. They were a little better when a dressing was supplied. I had the Count Gourdoughs Cristo and was very much satisfied. The cranberry habanero jelly was very good on the sandwich. The fried chips... More

Best (only?) oyster nachos in Austin! One good sized oyster per thick, crunchy chip, and they are good! Oh, you do know about the doughnut buns they use on the sandwiches, right? Mmmmmmmm-mmmmmm-M! Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that this food is too decadent!

This place is amazing. If there is a line it's worth the wait. I recommend the flying pig it's a good balance of sweet and salty or funky monkey.
