Surprisingly Good....

My wife and I were there for dinner with another couple. I am always skeptical of hotel food, or restaurants in hotels, but we were pleasantly surprised. The steaks and seafood entrees were great and prepared perfectly. I'd pit them up against a traditional steakhouse any day of the week. Both... read more

Food, cocktails and service were superb in a lovely setting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. My husband had quite a fall on the grass in front of the terrace as we waited for our table to be prepared. He initially thought he'd tripped over his shoelace but it turned out there was quite a big hole over which... More

The outdoor patio looked inviting for dinner. The menu options are somewhat limited, the service very poor and the quality of food very average.

i have learned that all four seasons do not have great food! However, that is not the case with Trio, the restaurant at the Austin Four Seasons! We had tuna tostadas and a cocktail on the patio, followed by a great dinner inside. Service a tad slow, but the tasty food makes up for the wait! Do not pass up... More

Austin's local paper reported that Trio had the best steak in town so naturally, I wanted to experience the best steak in town. Although the restaurant was near capacity when we arrived, we were promptly seated and greeted by the server assistant. He got things started as we perused the menu. We ordered Trio's famous ceviche as well as the... More

There is a good breakfast choice at Trio. I had the salmon bagel and it came clean a thin bagel with all accompaniments and good tasting salmon. Just enough, not too much. Good service. Ok coffee.

Really liked the Bar Staff. Our waiter, Steven, was most hospitable and gracious. He made great food recommendations.

We took our out of town friends here for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We ended up here cause our first choices were booked. It turned out to be way better than our other choices would have been. We had EXCELLENT service at the bar and during our meal. My husband and I arrived a bit early so we decided... More
