I was tired, so decided to stay in for dinner. I had the lettuce wedge and the Gulf shrimp. Both were very good.

The food was perfectly prepared and served. The atmosphere is more like a luncheon place. They accomodated us when we switched to an earlier time.

We decided to try the brunch at Trio. The valet parking is courteous and prompt but costs $11 with validation at Trio. Parking should be free for dining at the hotel as at other venues. As we entered the hotel and made our way down the stairs the aroma of the food permeated the hallway. The food selection is more... More

Met dear friends for dinner, as they were staying at this hotel. Before dinner we each had salads: Heirloom tomatoes and Caesar. The Caesar was good, not classic but still good with crispy greens, nicely dressed and some white anchovies. The tomato salad charmed in its presentation, and my husband and friend enjoyed every bite. They serve fresh hot popovers... More

We had breakfast there, then lunch another day, and all throughout our stay we had cocktails and snack-like appetizers. Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding.

I found it to be a good upper class hotel dinner where the service takes it to a four star. Everything is great, nothing special, but of course killer steaks ;)

My wife and I were there for dinner with another couple. I am always skeptical of hotel food, or restaurants in hotels, but we were pleasantly surprised. The steaks and seafood entrees were great and prepared perfectly. I'd pit them up against a traditional steakhouse any day of the week. Both my wife and I had the filet's and one... More

Food, cocktails and service were superb in a lovely setting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. My husband had quite a fall on the grass in front of the terrace as we waited for our table to be prepared. He initially thought he'd tripped over his shoelace but it turned out there was quite a big hole over which... More
