Really liked the Bar Staff. Our waiter, Steven, was most hospitable and gracious. He made great food recommendations.

We took our out of town friends here for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We ended up here cause our first choices were booked. It turned out to be way better than our other choices would have been. We had EXCELLENT service at the bar and during our meal. My husband and I arrived a bit early so we decided... More

We had a birthday party in their private dining room. The wait staff was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed their food. I was hesitant to try the smoked steak, but our server swore by it. We weren't disappointed. This was an usual treat. Breakfast was also fantastic! We're looking forward to another visit.

I used to love eating at this place when it was just the "Four Seasons in Austin." This was the place to come to for an event. I can no longer say this. For whatever reason, the restaurant just seems to be caught in "mid-generation" angst. The decorations are just "orange." The menu has a heavy emphasis on steak. The... More

Dear Suzanne, I am glad to hear you are a Four Seasons fan and have enjoyed the Cafe at the Four Seasons in the past. When we reinvented and opened TRIO seven years ago, we broadened the idea of a steakhouse and added a focus on local Gulf seafood and an extensively crafted wine list. We are lucky to have... More

I came here for my birthday and the staff made it so special! They had happy birthday written on the menus and even tied a bow around them to take when we left. Bill was our waiter and he is the best waiter ever! We asked him what drinks we should get and he had a response immediately and everyone... More

Third year in a row to eat Thanksgiving Brunch here but was so disappointing. Not near enough waitstaff, buffet line cramped and was not replenished in a timely manner. The layout made no sense, the seafood display was knocked over, desserts not traditional, in years past has been so much better but yesterday was overpriced for what was served.

Ferrari hosted a private event for it's Corso Pilota participants and guests at the Trio Restaurant, in the Four Seasons Hotel, for our welcome dinner. After exquisite hors d'oerves in a private room it certainly lifts your expectations of dinner to come. And I was not disappointed. We had a limited menu but without limiting the deliciousness of the options.... More

They hold 20% over your total billed amount, even when they have already added in 18% gratuity (they should warn their clients of this practice). Manager just makes excuses about their bank. Asparagus was plain; Steak was medium rare when we requested medium well; rice was plain; the sausage stuffed pork is overcooked (it appears they stuff it with raw... More
