This food truck reminded my husband and I of an Asian fusion restaurant we have in our home of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Delicious deep fried shrimp wrapped in a tortilla with some spicy mayo tasting sauce. So good!

The Mighty Cone is one of my favorite food trucks in Austin (so far - there are so many that a girl can hardly keep up!). I've had the crunchy chicken and avocado cone at least twice and it hasn't disappointed me yet. The breading is light but flavorful and the chipotle mayo is divine. The coleslaw that serves as... Loved the flavor. I had the hot & crunchy chicken cone which is basically chicken served in a paper cone with coleslaw. The sauce was fantastic, with a slight spice to it and was very filling. Would go again, it's definitely a must-try if you're doing the food truck rounds. This was at the Rio Grande food court which had... More

Such interesting & addictive light coating that they put on their chicken, shrimp & Avacado that I crave between visits. Check it out & try the fried pickles - awesome!

My husband had tried the chicken cone at ACL a few years back and raved about it. I had to try it when I got to Austin and it was really good. I didn't know quite how to eat it, its pretty interesting! We both got the deluxe chicken and avocado cone. It's a food truck and the picnic tables... More

Chicken and avocado with mango-jalapeno slaw had a uniqueness ive never had before. It came together to for a very delivious combination. I believe the food truck is down by UT's fraternity & sorority houses.

Love love love the mighty cone. So sad to see that they have moved their location from South Congress. Not sure where they went, but we loved it so much we went back the next week to find they were no longer there. Someone thought they moved near campus which is a shame.

I love this place and can't say enough about it. One of the owners (Lisa) hit it off with my son on a recent trip and she really took care of him. She went inside and made him something that wasn't even on the menu and then treated him with dessert. Aside from the awesome service we receive on each... More
