Eclectic fare

I had the namesake sandwich (noble pig), and was pleased. The combination of ingredients brings out a lot of different tastes. Pretty much all of the adults enjoyed their choices. The kids however didn't really like the variety of tastes in their sandwiches (they did order from the adult menu... read more

The kids however didn't really like the variety of tastes in their sandwiches (they did order from the adult menu), so I'd recommend kids to stick to the kids menu... More

Coming from the city of London I usually am spoilt with great sandwich shops but Austin doesn't have the luxury of that. This place is one of the few exceptions. I went for the house special, The Noble Pig, it was good. The fries were tasty. Could of it been better, of course, but when you just want a good... More

They are very proud of their sandwiches which is indicative of the price. Aside from the price...we needed a gallon of water after eating our lunch. The meat was sooo salty! The meat to bread ratio is not in proportion, we literally took the bread off of 1/2 of the sandwich and combined it with the other for basically 1/2... More

Decided to drop by this place after picking up a birth certificate. The parking up front isn't that plentiful, but there is more parking in the back. The food though, is perfect. The fries are a solid choice as well.

I had the pastrami duck and Gouda mac n cheese and my husband had the Noble Pig. It was all very good. We decidedly to try this place after watching Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. It did not disappoint.

My husband and I were sooooo excited about returning to the Noble (Pig) Sandwich Co after being out-of-state for 6 months. We had eaten there about 4 times in a month before leaving. We had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, who I believe is one of the owners. Each time, my husband had the beef tongue sandwich and I the... More

You wouldn't know it if you drove by, but the Noble Sandwich Shop (formerly the Noble Pig) was a gourmet eating experience in a sandwich. My wife had the Duck Pastrami Reuben. How they got duck to taste that way and be so tender is incredible. Make sure you stop by and try it.

Noble Sandwich Co. Is our go to place for weekend breakfasts. We have tried everything on their breakfast menu and love it all. They generally have two breakfast specials and we check those out first thing. They are always a unique combination of ingredients. One always includes grits. Yum! Prices are reasonable. They cure their own meats and they are... More

Tonight, our family shared the Noble Sandwich, BLT and Mac & Cheese. It was wall full of flavor and delicious. The Noble Sandwiches Co. Makes the best because they make everything from the bread, pickles, chips, pastrami, roasts and spreads. I have had the seared tongue and knuckle sandwich which are far beyond anything else you can find in Austin.... More
