Perfect sandwiches in size and taste

We came here because we saw it on Diners Drive Ins and Dives and it was no disappointment. We had two great sandwiches which were just the right meal size. Perfect flavor in each one and they had some great homemade chips. We had the TNP Italian Sausage and the Knuckle Sandwich and they both really... read more

We went to the newer Burnet Rd. location and enjoyed a fabulous Noble Pig on bacon bread. It was out of this world! They had a nice selection of sides to go with the sandwich ( which is huge, btw). We also enjoyed their selection of local beer. The atmosphere of the newest location reminded me of my grandma's kitchen... More

Went there today, had the duck pastrami, PBLT, potato salad, jalapeño coleslaw, and TNB pickles. The duck pastrami is delicious, although the amount of meat they give you is lacking (if you've seen their episode on DDD and how they pile the meat on, it's not like that in real life - in fact, the amount of duck did not... Stopped by for the smoked duck pastrami-reuben sandwich on rye and a Shiner Bock, they did not disappoint. It was a quick lunch while passing through the area. There wait was a quite short for my order and the staff was very helpful. I will stop in again.

I had tried the Noble Pig before and liked it, but it was a little far for us to drive to. We visited the location on Burnet which is located in more convenient area near us. It's small, but cute with more space to sit down and eat. The sandwiches are big and meaty :) I also tried a grilled... More

I heard about the smoked duck pastrami and it certainly did not disappoint. I had it reuben style and found it to absolutely delicious. It was a rainy weekend lunch, so we were fortunate that the restaurant was not very crowded. The wait was quite short for our orders and the staff was quite helpful explain the items on the... More

I am not a sandwich gal, and I love these sandwiches. Do not write this place off as a regular sandwich shop. The sandwiches are amazing, complicated and satisfying. The sides (jalapeno slaw!) are all great. My kids believe they make the best grilled cheese, while we love the Noble Pig and Knuckle sandwich. You order at the counter and... More

I didn't have any expectations when I tried Noble Sandwiches. I mean, it's a sandwich shop. But I was blown away. Everything we had was so flavorful; perfectly spiced. I had the mushroom reuben and my husband had the thai chicken salad. I want to go back and try everything on the menu to see what other magic this place... More

Ate here while on a quick trip for Spring Break. In our group we had the Noble Pig, duck pastrami and the seared beef tongue sandwiches. The bread was fresh and the meats were well seasoned and tender. They were all different and delicious, even on a Saturday with a huge crowd. Well worth the wait!
