A truly gourmet sandwich shop

You wouldn't know it if you drove by, but the Noble Sandwich Shop (formerly the Noble Pig) was a gourmet eating experience in a sandwich. My wife had the Duck Pastrami Reuben. How they got duck to taste that way and be so tender is incredible. Make sure you stop by and try it.

Noble Sandwich Co. Is our go to place for weekend breakfasts. We have tried everything on their breakfast menu and love it all. They generally have two breakfast specials and we check those out first thing. They are always a unique combination of ingredients. One always includes grits. Yum! Prices are reasonable. They cure their own meats and they are... More

Stopped here at the recommendation of our son. Sandwiches were great....Pimento cheese with smoked green onions....Roast beef with horseradish sauce....Duck pastrami. All served with chips. Very relaxed atmosphere and great food.

Tonight, our family shared the Noble Sandwich, BLT and Mac & Cheese. It was wall full of flavor and delicious. The Noble Sandwiches Co. Makes the best because they make everything from the bread, pickles, chips, pastrami, roasts and spreads. I have had the seared tongue and knuckle sandwich which are far beyond anything else you can find in Austin.... More

not much to write about - average sandwiches - loud restaurant - the manager was very present on the floor and very friendly - definitely out of the ordinary a manager's part and a stud at customer service. We were offered bacon bread for our sandwiches but not told of the 1.50 up charge which is no biggie - just... More

I'm glad we stopped by to give this place a second look and try it out. We tried all three vegetarian sandwich options that they had and all were great. I think my favorite was the Grilled Mushroom Ruben on Rye though the Roasted Tomato was a close second. It was like a really gourmet grilled cheese sandwich I think... More

On North Lamar, lots of parking. Highly recommended. I had the Duck Pastrami sandwich which came with chips and pickled vegtables. The pickles were surprising good. I will go back and have the duck pastrami, but next time turn it into a Rugen. The kids sandwiches were great and finished. Gets crowded, we went at 11:30 am and got right... More

We were in town visiting and our son suggested we go here for lunch. Wow! I had the Duck Pastrami Sandwich...one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They suggested I do it Ruben style. It was out of sight. My wife had the Turkey sandwich and loved it. All the bread is fresh made, hand cut, and toasted... More

Met a business associate there for lunch as it was close to his next meeting. I've been here many times and EVERYTHING I have had is amazing. Service is great - be sure to come early for lunch as the "word" is out about Noble Pig. Smoked duck pastrami is to die for. This time I had the Turkey Chop... More
