This place is great. Service is stellar, menu amazing, great drinks, and relaxing environment. Menu variety and the quality of food very surprising in a great way. Just a wonderful experience. One of those things you have to go to.

This place was recommended by our hotel front desk. We went for lunch and every dish was delicious that we got (yes, I tried everyone's). Service was quick, fresh and modern inside, but most importantly the food.

Jack Allen's Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Austin, Texas. The food is fresh and made with a lot of creativity and the service is very good. I highly recommend this place.

My friend's and I met up a week ago at the South Austin jack Allen's for a going away and a 50th Bday party. (Two separate members of our party). The food, service, and hospitality of everyone including the valet Representative could not have been better. The general parking situation is not ideal but the experience everyone had for our night... More

My family and I had dinner at Jack Allen's on a Sunday night. We had a large party of 9 and were seated shortly after our reservation time. The restaurant is very nice and modern. Appetizers were good, but I think that they give a free sample of the pimento cheese, so you might try it before ordering more as... More

My family of 5 had an incredibly lunch at Jack Allen's Kitchen. We happened to come in late so we were there for happy hour specials and the appetizer were half off. So we ordered a lot of them! The quail was crazy good and the micro salad was amazing. We also had the fish tacos just to try them... More

Jack Allen's is quite possibly my favorite restaurant of all time. I've yet to have anything there that does less than exceed expectations. From apps to entrées to drinks - and don't forget their incredible desserts that are made in house - every taste I've had at this place has impressed me. I try to get something different each time... Great farm-to-table eatery with unique seasonal fare! We had the French-fried pork chops and lamb meatloaf. We shared an apple caramel cobbler for dessert. It seemed to be a trendy and fun spot and we enjoyed it.

Chorizo stuffed pork was INCREDIBLE!!! It was so filling but I wanted to keep eating! My mom got a turkey burger that was equally amazing! You have to eat here. I wished I lived closer, cause I would be here once a week!

It is hard to find a reason NOT to go to Jack Allen's. Their drinks are good and strong, the food is homestyle with a flare of the fancy and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. My personal favorite is the all you can stomach brunch on the weekends. I find myself overwhelmed with all the delicious choices.... More
