Eye opening experience!

This was the largest Whole Foods I ever saw! I was told it is the world headquarters. There was an upstairs seating area where we had lunch as we people-watched. The sandwiches and smoothies were excellent. There is also a outdoor patio and another seating area on the first floor.

Wish my home Whole Foods was like this! It's an experience just to go here. We sat and had a couple of beers and people watched then toured the various food areas deciding what to eat. Such great choices and all good quality. We ended up spending the better half of the day here!

This store is absolutely amazing. So much variety and all the different samples of food one could have a full meal on that alone. There are so many little places to grab a bite to eat. Everyone in your party can find something they like. BBQ was what we choose and it was good. BBQ beef sandwich, chicken wings and... More

Like many places in Austin, I'd probably get sick of the crowd if trying to do my regular grocery shopping here, but as a one-time visitor, I was quite impressed. I've always loved the restaurant counter concept that you find at markets the world over, but they are much harder to find in the States. Whole Foods does a great... More

This flagship store makes me want to move to Austin! I would go there daily. Lots of choices to eat there or carry out. We were in the city 5 days and visited Whole Foods 3 times.

i was astound at the vast selection of sandwiches available at their Rte. 360 and Rte.620 in Austin. The selection include ready made sandwiches as well as made to order sandwiches with a myriad of choices of store baked breads as well as fillings, and best of all at accessible prices!!

This is a great place to pick up a healthy meal. I ate here 3 times during my stay in Austin and enjoyed everything I had. The bruschetta was particularly good and we enjoyed sitting down and selecting from the menu in the restaurant area. We also bought dinner one night from the special's board, beside the little sit down... More

It's nice but the reviews made it seem really special but actually it's pretty typical for a whole foods store. Maybe I'm jaded, but I was not really more impressed with this one vs any of them.
