I've pedaled AustinTX-USA inside & out, up & down, West to East on 290, and have always found this Hill Country capital extremely interesting. Among the many fascinating aspects is this Whole Foods Market, with some rather nice bike parking underneath the main facility, with escalator access from the parking garage area. However, I was not pedaling on this occasion...

Whole Foods is a great place to visit for many reasons. The food is great. It can be pricey but there are usually specials and if you look around, you can get a good meal at reasonable prices. I love the food bars. Lots of samples. Wonderful people watching experience. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and ambience.. You can sit indoors...

Their selection of food is great. They have everything from sushi to pizza to sandwiches. They have a nice patio for outdoor dining.
So if I have to rate this place from 1-10, I will give it an 20..........It is a must do and an item for your bucket list...........fresh organic everything . All at once.

They have some cool additional eateries and food options but it's funny to think it's a tourist attraction for some. No granola waterfalls or organic sushi moon-bounces, at least none that we saw.
This was our first encounter with Austin's lifestyle. I love shopping in Supermarkets, specially if they are as fancy as Whole Foods. I could not beleive the variety. The Granola Is too much! So many options, plus you could make your own mix, the Spices area, pink salt from India, Chia in bulk as 1,000 others...
The coffee section, a...
