Something a bit different

All the other reviewers have said it before, but this really is a "you must not miss this" place for foodies to grab a bite to eat. We especially recommend having breakfast there. The range of options - choose your favourite, or try a little bit of all sorts of different options. There is... read more

This whole foods is so large and beautiful. I think I wondered around just staring at the bright colors and offerings. There were several restaurant areas available for sitting down and eating what smelled and appeared to be delicious meals. The pastries were wonderful, don't forget your free samples of gelato. They were making fresh pancake sandwiches the morning I... More

I just wanted some groceries and figured I would get them at the Flagship Whole Foods since I was staying nearby. I bought two prepared food items that were just okay, not great. I liked that there were a lot of local foods, and the frozen tamales I bought were pretty good. No one that worked there was in a... More

If you have any interest in healthy eating, you need to visit this mother of all health food stores. It is very crowded at lunch time, but with good reason. It is like going to a food court of clean eating options. There is 3 story subterranean parking lot, escalators, etc! Everything is delicious, so go crazy and try some... More

WOW, this store has everything. BBQ, seafood, bakery, etc. etc. and is a must see on any trip to Austin! Grab a bottle of white at the wine section and they'll chill it to perfection in 8 minutes. that gives you enough time to find a table and try some of the best BBQ in Austin. You'll thank me later,... More

Eat at the Wine and Beer bar. You can buy almost anything in the store, have it cooked, and then eat it at the bar. It is a very good value.

It's not really fair to call this place a grocery store. It's an experience, really. A bustling atmosphere that pulls you in and makes you want to stay... and spend a ton of money. This is Whole Food's Flagship location and it's amazing. Full of wonderful, fresh food and organic products. We visited three times and enjoyed both the hot/cold... More

Definitely worth a stop or two if you are a fan of Whole Foods. The selection and 'restaurants' within the store was great. Had the bbq, did the chocolate stand and was not disappointed.

If you love grocery shopping/cooking/eating, this is the place for you! The selection is amazing. Many foods not found elsewhere. Be sure to park in the underground ramp....very unique...as you enter it tells you how many available parking spots there on each level. Then, every spot has a light above it...red if it's occupied, green if it's available! So you... More
