Wonderful place to eat especially around Christmas time, which with them last all year round... I had the Mini Beef Fajitas for lunch and so did my Wife with one small change...Chicken Fajitas, Herb had his Lunch Chicken Fried Steak which is about half a cow and he never finishes...All told the 3 of us and drinks came to $45... We were taken here while visiting a area relative. The food was typical Mexican food, nothing special. The wait staff was very good. Prices were reasonable.

Visited with friends who made reservations. The food was excellent with a variety of Tex-Mex dishes & combinations, as well as some American food. In addition to excellent chips, there are unlimited queso and salsa. Although it doesn't look big from the outside, at least at night, it is large inside. Inside, the atmosphere is very festive with Christmas type... More

We went there on a Thursday night & it wasn't very crowded. The chips are really about the best in town with average salsa. We ordered the Thursday special & will skip it in the future. Strange beef & chicken in different sauces with a small cheese enchilada & flauta. We usually order enchiladas & flautas that are good. The... More

The outside is a bit older looking.. Great atmosphere inside. They have a model train that loops around the whole resteaurant. The staff was very friendly Tex-Mex restaurant has definite character and a huge menu, nothing is special in particular. I had the beef fajitas that were ok

The atmosphere is so fun. It's dark but has a ton of Christmas lights everywhere, weird memorabilia and a train going over your head around the whole restaurant! My boys loved checking everything out, especially the light up steers! The seasoned chips with unlimited queso was a big hit, so much so that I didn't finish my dinner! Lots to... More

What does one do when they have found the best beef fajitas ever? They drive 40 miles to eat them as often as possible. I can’t really say how any of the other entrées are since I can’t make myself lose out on a chance to eat the fajitas. The chips are always hot and tasty, the salsa is flavorful,... More

Campo Verde has been in Arlington it seems like forever. They have both Tex-Mex and American food though all we've ever had is the Tex-Mex. It's nothing to write home about but most of it isn't bad. People do seem to love the model trains that circle around the ceiling and all of the Christmas lights (year-around). As with most... More

I worked at this place as a teenager seeing the food behind the scenes was disgusting. The free queso comes out of a gelatinous bag and is mixed with water. Their cooks were dirty and love harassing the hostesses. Worst of all my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and the manager said he 'didnt believe me' when I asked... More
