Home cooking

I have been here several times. I like liver and onions with gravy and mashed potatoes. It is good there. I have had other dishes and they are made home style.

Hadn't been here in a hundred years even though we don't live far away. We will definitely return! The diner is clean, smoke-free and the breakfast was delicious. Large portions, everything cooked just right. Crispy bacon, eggs cooked the way we asked and extra powdered sugar on the french toast. Coffee was slightly above average to other diners that I've... I found this place on a lark on the Google Maps app when I was looking for an alternative to breakfast at a big chain restaurant. It wasn't too busy when I went in (Thursday morning), but the waitress said it's packed on weekend mornings. Great service, great prices, and my breakfast was exactly what I was looking for -... We came back a second time to have breakfast the morning we left the USA to go back home to a cold, wet England. It was just a standard eggs and bacon breakfast but it was very good, coffee was plentiful and service was friendly and efficient. A nice way to end our vacation and it didn't break the bank!

We were in town for the weekend and decided to have breakfast on Sunday around noon. The outside of the restaurant was clean, the inside was also clean. I'm sure we arrived at peak hour, however, we were sat within five minutes. We ordered water and coffee. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast meal which came with eggs, a... More

I had the make your own omelette. Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Super friendly service and huge portions too. I highly recommend this place.

Our service was good, prices fair, but the food was nothing special. I had high hopes due to previous reviews and the fact it is a place where lots of locals eat. I guess my expectations are higher than some. I had a party melt and fries. That meal was just fine-nothing spectacular. As a matter of fact, the server... More

We new when we pulled into the parking lot at 10:30 on a Saturday that we had chosen the right spot for brunch! It was packed, but our wait was under 10 minutes. We both had breakfast food & everything was cooked to perfection! Would most definitely eat here again!

Stopped here for breakfast before a game at Globe Life ballpark at Arlington. It was very busy, but thre turnover was quick. Not many people had to wait extremely long to be seated. My food was quickly prepared and it was super delicious. If you're in the area, it's a great place to stop in the morning!

This place is not on the main streets and it's not fancy at all but when you drive up at 10am and the lot is full of vehicles with Texas license plates you know it must be a local favorite. There was a line but we were sat quickly. The service was great and quick. The food was good old... More
