Even though I am NOT used to a cafeteria style eatery I got the combo platter, consisting of pulled pork, brisket, sausage. Everything was delicious, the sausage actually wasn't hot enough but still tasty. My sides, baked beans, corn, and of course their signature BBQ sauce. I did want to try the ribs, but I guess they are so good... More

Stopped by Bodacious BBQ recently while in Arlington. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Prices were fair. Only complaint was the selection of meats. A couple of people in our group wanted pork and chicken, but they were out. It was only 5:00. I would go again if in the area.

I was in town from Australia, and due to celebrate my 45th birthday, so local friends picked this spot as somewhere easy to get to for folks between Dallas, Fort Worth and Frisco, as well as being relatively inexpensive and affordable. So with almost 30 big, hungry men bearing down on them, they did a fantastic job of ensure that... More

Kinda on par with most chain places. The brisket was the best thing here. It was tender, but not necessarily moist and no real bark on it. Sausage and ribs I would skip altogether if I could have given myself advice before I ordered. Sausage really needed to be dipped in that sauce, and the ribs were a little dried... More

Our family has been going to Bodacious barbecue for nearly 15 years. The menu is fairly simple. Some of the best ribs, brisket and sausage you will find locally. They have sides two, however you go for the ribs and brisket not for the sides (potato salad, coleslaw, etc). I think they even allow you to BYOB, however we just... More

This is great Texas BBQ. They've got your standard selection of meats and sides. I've been to a number of places in Texas and this is definitely one of the best. The staff is super friendly. Also, the restaurant is a good size with plenty of tables.

Great real Texas BBQ near the AT&T Stadium complex! I was there on a slow, non-game day, but suspect this would be a lot of fun when more crowded!

This place is decorated like a western antique store: wagon wheels, old tools, and the like. Apparently they also sell farm fresh brown eggs here. My grandparents would love it... I decided on a 2 Meat Combination Plate with brisket and pork ribs. The sides are self-serve, so I helped myself to pinto beans and potato salad. The beans had... More

Not worth a special trip. Most DFW BBQ restaurants are this good or better. I was in the area and needed more of their bean spice so I stopped in. I had brisket, chicken and sausage. The brisket was good. Chicken was dry and tough, sausage was ok. I'm not saying I won't come back but I'll mail order the... More
