We were given a table upon arrival at the restaurant , and the wait time wasn't that long. The customer service was pretty good and the wait time for dinner was very reasonable. The food was hot and Kelsey G. did a good job of taking care of us.

While attempting to celebrate my daughter's High School graduation, we went to the Arlington TX location on a Sunday evening @ 5 pm. Knowing that there is no reservations or call ahead seating, we figured this would be a good time. The place was not crowded at all but we were told that they could not accommodate a party of... I’m very sorry we were not able to accommodate your party. Due to limited seating it is very difficult to seat large parties during peak seasons, days or hours. The length of time large parties must wait to be seated during these busy times is unacceptable to us, so we choose to be honest and upfront about this when a... More

I love cajun food and was delighted to drive by Razzoo's. My wife and I decided to turn around and get something to eat. I had the Alligator Gumbo that was sooooo good. My wife had the catfish platter. I was fortunate enough to be able to share some of that with her. The catfish was very good and my... More

Wow! This place was amazing!! Hubby enjoyed the jambalaya, the Cajun skillet. I had the fried pickle appetizer and the Cajun cheeseburger and red beans and rice. Every thing tasted soooo good! Our server was Mia and she was so friendly and took great care of us! We got the strawberry cheesecake to go because we were too stuffed! It... More

Fun, food and music. Very Cajun, upbeat, delicious, large selection! Filled with energy, outdoor seating and foods I had thought unique only to south Louisiana. A great place for special occasions.

My husband and I had lunch at Razzoo's Cajun Cafe in Arlington, Tx. over the Valentine's Day weekend. The staff and the food were on point! Their staff were extremely friendly and courteous; they greeted us as we walked in the door, and also acknowledged us as we left. The food was delicious, served hot and in a very timely... More

I have never had such a horrible and embarrassing experience. I was invited to Razzoo's in Arlington, TX for a girls night on 12/19/14. Six of my friends arrived & asked for a table to sit at least 10. We were told we would not be seated until the entire party arrived; which was understandable. The remaining 4 girls arrived... More

The worst customer service experience ever, and it was from the general manager!! I will not return to this Razzoos again, and I will be communicating with the corporate office about my experience.
