This is a nice little restaurant that provides authentic Turkish food from various regions of Turkey. All is prepared by the Turks and served by the Turks. For those who have visited or lived in Turkey, this will bring back fond memories. Of if you have never been, then visit this place and you will get a feel of the... More

Found this hidden gem based upon trip advisor reviews and it lived up to the reviews. Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, and great service. Family owned with the husband and wife on-site cooking and serving. BYOB and enjoy a very relaxing evening, which sometimes includes a belly dancer.

This place has great food, I have been several times as have several of my co-workers. The beef shish kebab is incredible, the Beyti Kebab is also great. I had grilled Branzino which was one of the best fish dishes I have had in a restaurant. This place is a must try for anyone, you will be glad you did.

My family and I just finished a wonderful birthday celebration diner for my wife at Istanbul Grill. The food was great. We enjoyed the lamb shish. And the beef kabobs were very tender. The baklava is a do not miss. There was a wonderful belly dancer that was very entertaining. I almost never write a review, however this was a... More

Invited here by some friends of ours. Not usually very adventurous when it comes to food but was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing! Had a mix of few dips and pita bread for our appetizer....and my husband and I had lamb and chicken shish for our entree, followed by a sampler plate of desserts. They were all great, but... More

What a nice experience. We were greeted warmly and served quickly. The humus was delicious with warm, soft bread, and our entrees (chicken shish and shrimp for me, beef and goat shish for the hubby) were delicious and nicely sized. The baklava was AMAZING. Hubby spoke highly of thr turkish coffee as well. Highly recommended!

We've eaten here three times and the food has been good each visit. We always start with the large cold combo appetizer plate (hummus, baba ganoush, white beans, dolmas etc). Last visit I ordered the grilled salmon, which was excellent. The lamb was good but not great. If you are in the mood for something a little exotic, go on... More

We visited this location about a month before heading to the city of Istanbul itself. I can return and say that the Arlington Istanbul restaurant is insanely authentic - and if I were rating baklava alone, we did not find anything CLOSE to being as good as the baklava at Istanbul in Arlington. Crazy decadent! We will be going back,... More
