I have been there before, however this time I was with a big group (over 15 ppl). The hostess was nice and explained everything, however she seemed to be unhappy and pretty much never smiled. The food came out looking very appetizing, each table had two sauces to dip, however some people ordered pork or seafood. Not knowing some of... More

Had a Groupon for a visit to the fondue restaurant. A bit hard to find as its tucked in the Arlington Highlands center says Five Points Blvd but on the backside. Server was Paul who was really good took time to listen to what we wanted and explained all. First time I ever saw a feature menu just for the... More

Hi cdufinetz, Thank you so much for visiting us and for the time you took to give a review. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your experience! To offer and explanation, we provide a specific menu for our Groupon guests since our regular menu offers several entree structures that can be a bit confusing. It keeps it simple while... More

We are fans of the Melting Pot and have tried a few in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. After an unpleasant visit at a different Melting Pot we decided to drive to Arlington. The meal and dining experience was fantastic! Beautiful restaurant, great staff and an incredible meal! I noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the... More

We decided to try this restaurant after buying a groupon coupon. It made eating here affordable. The groupon coupon does not cover the cheese fondue or the chocolate fondue - only the salad and main course. There have 10 times the gluten free options Simply Fondue including gourmet GF bread, sauces etc.

We had been here one time before and it was very nice. It was pricey but definately worth coming back for a nice occasion. So we decided to come back again. We didnt have reservations and walked in and hour before closed. Maybe that was the problem. We were greated friendly by the hostess and we were seated. We looked... More

Short story: We ate this location in Arlington for the first time, celebrating our 12th anniversary. Food was great, but the staff needs to pay attention to some details...like making sure the booth is clean, and not rushing the customer(s). We have eaten fondue at other Melting Pot locations as well as at Simply Fondue many, many times over the... More

My husband and I have been here several times. We only go on our anniversary, it's such a nice romantic place to go. Normally, their aren't many kids and the four course meal is great. The times we have visited normally take between 2 to 3 hours. It is pricey but well work it. The cheese and desserts are to... More

Well, at this place you better have at least 60.00. For a 4 coarse meal it will be around 90.00 a couple. The food is great, its a lot of fun but is pretty expensive. The staff is really nice and explain everything. It is per person here.
