If you are in the mood for fondue then head over to the Addison location. The food and service are better over there. The service in Arlington, at least on this night, was HORRIBLE! Our waiter disappeared after he brought the salads. I mean seriously, we thought he had gone home. Another person, who I don't even think was a... More

First off I like fondue type foods and food was good, but portion you get for the amount pay makes it pricey. Pricey is fine but they need to do something about the ventilation because when I go out to enjoy my dining experience I dont want to be sujected to a foul smelling dish that permiated throughout the entire... We had supper at the Melting Pot tonight. The staff is always friendly and extremely attentive to the customers. If you enjoy cheese and chocolate this is the place to go. If you are in a hurry you might want to wait till you have extra time to eat here. You cook you entree at the table so keep that... More

We took our 5 yr old for a special "big girl dinner" and it was a hit. We went on about 6pm on a Thursday night and were 1 of 4 tables occupied. We selected the dinner for 2 special which was plenty of food for all 3 of us-so much in fact that we had plenty of leftover meat.... More

At this restaurant you cook food on skewers in a fondue pot at your table--one course at a time. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all superlative. Every course--including the salad--was delicious and something to savor. The waiter appeared whenever we needed something, but otherwise left us to have fun and enjoy our meal. Yes, it's expensive, but... More

A meal for two adults and two kids $250, which isn't too bad for a nice upscale restaurant. But if I would of known that I would have to cook my own meal, piece by piece... Service is great, but I could of boiled some meats at the house for $50 bucks and had the same results. Js

The first time my husband and I went to this particular Melting Pot, I had a coupon for six chocolate-covered strawberries, and we never received then, even when reminding the waitress. This time, without the coupon, I was able to get out since we didn't last year! Service was the expected amount of slow, but our waitress, Hannah, was awesome.... More

My boyfriend and I went here just to check it out since we had never been before. We loved our experience for the most part. We didn't have reservations and was told the wait was going to be 45 minutes, which was okay. The hostess told us she would text us when the table was ready so we decided to... More

We ate here with a Groupon and it was good if you like fondue. The Groupon limited what we could get. We asked if we could substitute a pricier entrée with a cheese and, even though the cheese was less expensive, would not allow for it so I was disappointed. I've decided cheese is the best thing about fondue! Otherwise,... More

I bought the Groupon for the Melting Pot recently, and my husband and I decided to go for our wedding anniversary. I was able to make a reservation really easily on Open Table...I asked for a nice, private, booth and I was thrilled, when we arrived, to see that they had accommodated that request. It was our first time here... More
