We paid a visit to the Cheesecake Factory in Arlington and it was a good, nice meal. Tuesday evening, not a busy night so we were seated right away. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich which was one of the best I have ever had with a salad on the side. Since I was saving room for dessert, only ate half... More

We were seated within minutes! The waiter, Tyler, was so attentive and gave suggestions on meal selections. He knew the menu and provided us with everything we needed before we could ask. I couldn't have asked for better service. Magnificent!!!!!!

We visited on a Saturday night. Staff is friendly even on an extremely busy night. Waited about 30min for a table of 3. An extensive variety of plates. Hard to pick what we wanted to eat. Waitress was okay. Overall everything went good. Best part was getting my white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake to go. Will return possibly for a... More

Give yourself time to go over the entire menu. The food is good and our service has always been good. The flatbread pizzas are great. We also like the edamane with a soy glaze. Never had anything I didn't like. I normally take a piece of cheesecake home for dessert.

Had to wait for 20 minutes so we sat at the bar. I love the eggrolls and of course the beer! Prices are a little high but there is enough to share!

Portion control, portion control and more portion control. The food is great, there is just rather a lot of it, plus the deserts are great so save yourself. The chicken and mash dishes are great and leave room for cheese cake, bit of a winner. Of the high street chain restaurants, the Cheese cake Factory is a little different, the... More

The place was packed with it being close to Christmas and directly following the Cowboys game. We ended up just sitting at the bar. The bartender was polite but a little overwhelmed and spilled a couple drinks and forgot a couple drink orders, making him come and ask for them again. Overall though, once we ordered our food came quickly... More

First of all our 10 to 15 minute wait turned into a more than 35 minute wait, but hey, it's that Christmas time of year so no big deal. It was about 4:30 PM on a Saturday… Very busy. Worst waitress(Jen)I have ever had. Very easy-going but was unfazed by the sense of urgency her job requires and did not... More
