Sanford House is a delightful restaurant connected to the Sanford House B&B. The decor is lovely and the staff friendly and efficient. Located at The Sanford House Inn & Spa, Restaurant 506 presents contemporary dining fare in an exquisite atmosphere. Please no flip-flops or cargo shorts here. Formal is not necessary, however, this is a dining experience. The menu offers choices and preparations that you won't find in other places. It is a one of kind, not affiliated with any chain. Truly... More

Eating lunch at Sanford House during the Christmas season is a delight. The atmosphere and decorations are tops! My friends and I enjoyed the special Christmas drinks; but some food choices were hardly more than a tasting. I had the lunch trio-soup, salad, and grilled cheese. The soup was in a cup that held about a tablespoon; the grilled cheese... More

Don't let the fact that this is also a spa keep you away. Brunch is very affordable with an excellent menu. Loved the Bellinis!

I have only had brunch here and it hits all of my high notes. It is a lovely restaurant, a sit down brunch (I hate buffets) and the prices are reasonable. The food options are traditional and also creative. I love this place and if you are reading my review, I hope you find you love it too.

We had made reservations for a late dinner after a day of football at AT&T Stadium. "restaurant506 at The Sanford House" is the name on the credit card receipt. We arrived a little early, refreshed ourselves in our room, and were able to get seated at 8:15PM. The restaurant has a bar, but we elected to have wine at our... More

Went here with wife and daughter. Overall, we had an amazing dinner. Parking was tight on the restaurant side of the street, but the spa across the street seems to be under same ownership so look there if things are busy. We started with a table right under an AC vent at 40F, but they redirected the vent so we... More

Our 2nd visit, and it was fantastic! Best food in Arlington. A wondeful 5 course dinner. The duck with risotto was some of the I've ever had! I highly recommend!

From having visited here previously, I was not expecting to be impressed. I ordered the "trio" --grilled cheese, soup of the day and salad. The sandwich was tiny, but adequate when combined with the other foods. The dressing on the salad was superb, and the soup (roasted pablano) was worth almost any price. All in all, one of the best... Our party of 6 had dinner on a recent Saturday night. Moderate crowd, bar was busy as you might expect. It was an excellent dining experience with an educated and prompt waiter; and the food was nicely prepared and presented. We highly recommend this restaurant!
