Guess if you can eat a 72 oz steak in 1 hour this would be more fun! They furnish a limo from many local overnight stays. Food was great but service was extremely slow for us.

America's greatest historical highway, Route 66 (which runs along the current IH 40), is full of strange and interesting cultural oddities and the Big Texan is one of them. It's worth a stop if for no other reason than to say you've been there. That's why we stopped there on our 2 day odyssey to Las Vegas. The Ranch is... More

We were there on a Friday night and the place was packed, but the service was great, with everyone in our group getting their meals at the same time and exactly what they ordered in the way they wanted it. We thought it was very good value for money at $88 for steaks and sides for the two of us,... More

This is a place that most everyone should try at least once. This was my third visit and it had been some years since I'd eaten there. The food is good, not great and it was more expensive than I remembered it. This time we were seated upstairs and I noticed a lot of dust on the decor. It didn't... More

The restaurant is famous for stakes, beers and show. If you got all these points you are lucky! Ask for balcony - there is the best view for entertainment.

Of course its a unique "Wild West" experience but the food was very, very good. The service could not have better and everything was prepared just right and served promptly. Had a very enjoyable time and price was reasonable. Sure, the place is a getting a little tired and a little cheesy, but being there and actually getting a good... More

My husband and I saw this restaurant featured on the Travel Channel, and we wanted to eat here for ourselves. It didn't disappoint! From the giant steer in the parking lot to the singing cowboy who serenaded us at our table, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The souvenir shop was fun; it offered a variety of items and had some points... More

Tourist trap! I was on a tour bus so maybe you are better off as an individual? All the "prime ribs" were cooked medium rare with no options on that and I like my meats well done. Good salad. They were busing the salad plates before we were ready, busing our din.er plate before we were ready, and busing our... More
